Which monster/character scared you most?

That big a** moth in RE2. This is kinda embarrasing, but after I first played it and saw that moth... Well I was hangin out with my friend and a moth flew in. I freaked right out and hid under the blankets. redface
Of course, my friend being the nice guy that he is took the moth and stuck in under the blanket so I freaked even more. Now, nothing scares me as much as the LACK of enemies. When you walk around and they give me funny camera angles, I feel like Claire in that Code Veronica Flash Edition cartoon, "Something's gonna jump out at me! Something's gonna jump out at me! Something's gonna jump out at me!"

Of course, since Resident Evil 4 gave you only one angle--from the back--it officially ruined the horror aspect of Resident Evil for me forever. Yeah, I get a rush from almost getting attacked by an enemy from behind. But it's he same kind of rush I get when I get discovered in Metal Gear Solid or when I beat a guy in Mortal Kombat with like 2 pixels of health left. It's not scary it's just thrilling.

The tyrants didnt scare me as much.. however mosters like Huners and Lickers scare the the most... Especially the Lickers from Resident Evil 2 and Survivor because they seem to come out of nowhere and can take alot of damage. Hunters scare me because as soon as i get ready to shoot them they jump in the air and try to cut my head off before I get a shot off... eek

Scariest thing in RE? it would have to be the chainsaw psycho... somehow it seemed to scare the s**t out of ya when ya were low on ammo and he was chasing you sweatdrop
