Weakness: She is easily overwhealmed by her intake of powers and she is often confused by human culture.
Appearance:
Storyline: A powerful mage decided to repay a village who had provided for him while he was ill by taking away all of their sorrows and hardships. He tried to remove their misfortunes and harness them, but they ended up manifesting in the form of a teenage girl. The girl herself held no ill will toward anyone, but she held the ability of the spell the mage had used. She could remove sorrow. Unfortunately, the mage realized far too late that there can be no happyness without sadness and without a balance human life cannot exist. Her very existance can cause death at the worst, and bad luck at the least. Feeling responsible, the mage took the young girl in. Strangely, her curse never had any affect on him. He died of old age recently and she was shunned by the decendants of the villagers. She ahs never aged because...well, sorrows don't exactly die, though they can be forgotten, the villagers might have forgotten her by now for all she knows. Now she is a wanderer and she has ended up in Byako. Durning her travels she ended up adopting, suitingly enough a black cat...oddly enough, he has an adorable personality. This suits her just fine, she's never been a mean person, despite people's opinion of her. She named him Solitude though because he was the only one who would stay with her. She calls him "Toos."

Ability: Sky Lei has a very powerful mind. She can change her appearance at will, though only in human form (she cannot, for instance, physically turn into a wolf). However, she can control other people's minds so they believe they see whatever she wants them to see. She can move objects if she wishes, but Sky Lei prefers to stick with messing with people directly.
Weakness: Sky Lei has a huge heart, and can never not trust someone until they have been proven not trustworthy. Even then, she usually continues to trust.
Description: 
Storyline: Sky Lei awoke in an orphanage one night at what appeared to be the age of 6. She had no memory of her home, her mother, had no idea who the children sleeping in beds next to her were, and had no curiosity about any of it, until she noticed (at the age of 15) that she seemed to grow slower than the other children. Over the 9 years of living in the orphanage, learning English and foreign languages, Sky Lei realized that she had a special power no one else could: she could make people do or see or feel anything she wanted. Sky Lei never used her powers for evil, unless she went into a wild rage (when she couldn’t control anything she did). Sky Lei is very serious when it comes to her powers, but if she had any friends she would probably use her mind to amuse them once in a while. She is a care-free, fun-loving individual, but has very severe mood swings.

The soft patter of her feet as they touched the flooring couldn't be heard over the loud sounds emanating from the hotel bar. Smiling softly to herself Kyralae entered the bar and sat down.
"Did it hurt?" Some drunken man sat down in the chair next to her. She turned to face him, already knowing the end of that retarded pickup line. But rather then insult him, as she had planned to, a charm that dangled from his belt caught her eye. So, she played along.
"Did what hurt?" Kyralae looked at him with innocent confused eyes.
"When you fell from heaven" The man smirked at his words.
She leaned over and smiled at him. "Oh, it didn't hurt too badly." As Kyralae spoke she was quickly removing a red gemstone from the charm. When she felt the gemstone slide into her hand, she retreated from the man just enough to slide the gemstone into her right boot. She continued to talk with him, so that she wouldn't be conspicuous if he even remembered her the next day, but When she left the gem was still securely in her boot.

Miscellaneous Personality: Monochromatic, dull, power-hungry, eye for an eye, unsocial type, manipulative. History:After the intersection of the shadow world and the norm, Mandy and her Shadow self managed to escape before all could be repaired. They soon found themselves fighting eachother for supremacy, rather than working together for world domination, and eventually split just a few weeks later. Since then, and for nearly 8 years, Mandy's shadow as slithered her way from one place to another, taking whatever opportunity she can find to gather the recources for domination, yet, without the help of the reaper, she finds herself having far less opportunities than her other. Hobbies/profession: SuperVillain would fill this catagory, i suppose. Likes: Minions, henchmen, people she can order around. Dislikes: anybody else. Special Abilities: With shadow Mandy in the real world, she finds herself able to controll, steal, or become anyone's or anything's shadow. She also has the ability to transform other, more ambient shadows, or basically copy a feature from one's shadow, and paste them to herself. Overall, he can change his disguise as much as he likes, but his abilities as a human does not change...he's about as powerful as an average human, and cannot manifest his full demonic power without revealing himself. He gains resistance to everything that affects him with the exclusion of silver. (Sunlight and fire no longer adversely affect him when disguised)
True Form: Legion
Appearance: A stark black and muscled humanoid body with the feet of a lion, wings of a crow, and the head of a deer fly. The body is covered with white sigil marks.

Weapon: A gigantic knife, exactly like Pyramid Head's, but wielded with relative ease, like Red Pyramid
Strengths: His giant knife is very damaging. When in a blind rage he flies into a pure frenzy.
Abilities: He can control insects which tend to cluster to him, and he himself can turn into a cloud of flies or cockroaches. He can also fly. He has night vision, and dirty water invigorates him. The insects are an extension of his senses as well.
Weaknesses: He is weak to fire and sunlight makes him colorblind and physically weak in his true form.
Story: During the brief flare up of the Helmian Civil War in Byako, a pair of soldiers for the resistance were exposed to the demonic energy of a portal. As a result, it reawakened the consciousness of two demons trapped inside the suits of armor the soldiers were wearing. The demons possessed the humans inside and then assumed their own identity. Normally, Legion, like many lower ranking demons and angels are without identity, one of the masses. However, because of the traumatic history, these two are severed from the collective Legion. They feel bound to their master, but are perhaps slowly exploring their independence from servitude in the mortal realm.
They were under the auspice of Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies, and the Mother of Hell. She is currently at odds with Azazel, the Defiant Deceiver, and Lucifer, the Proud Lightbringer and Morningstar. Beelzebub represents something of a plague in Hell, breeding thousands upon thousands of demons, representing the sins of Lust and Gluttony. Lucifer represents on the other hand, the sin of Pride and Wrath, and Azazel, of Envy, Sloth and Greed. In a sense, Lucifer is the general of Hell, and Azazel the sinister plotter, trying to manipulate.
Yes this is a permanent character ^^

Ablity Style: Lich (Master of many forms of ancient, and usually dark foms of magic.), Master of Undeath (Weilds several special abilities of the undead, as well as a leader), Loremaster (Persuer and keeper of knowledge)
Weapon: Always armed with a sacraficial dager, tome of dark magic, and decorative cane wtih a spiked hadle (Normally stabs the holder, but causes no harm to the Lich King, as he has no muscle in his hands)
Ablities: Necromancy, Sumoning, Shamanry, Magic (ritualized spell casting), Sorcercy (spontaneous spell casting), Cursing, Enchantment, Illusion, Elementalism (elemental spells), the dark langauge, manipulation of negative energy (this being his most potent ability). Also, thanks to his phylactery, if his body is destroyed, it will regenerate in four days.
Weakness: Magic designed specificly for use against the undead. His life force is contained inside a phylactery, if it is destroyed, he loses use of his body and dies formally. It can also be used to controll him in some way. Exactly what it is, is unknown, and it can aparently be transfered from one object to another.
Description: A withered, mumified body. It is doned in ancient fadding robes and wears large amounts of jewlery and a mettal crown. It's eyes are entirely black, and its hair (or whats left) is a thin, faded silver. It however, has also been known to wear much finer clothing (of somewhat more modern styles) when going out in public. Or even go so far as to use magic to make itself apear living.
Storyline: The leader of little necropolis. He has drifted into and out of Byako for a great length of time, but has only recently begun steying there. It is a known fact that it has set some plan in motion, but just what is still unknown. As a mortall, it was one of the greatest magic-users of his time. Eventually being driven near mad by lust for knowledge, he made himself imortal so that it might continue its search fgor all time. However, it has done little to convince others of an evil nature, though the status as "Undead" makes many believe it to be.

Weakness: Her pompous Attitude can get her into trouble, and determined, which can get her into even more trouble. Anything negative said about her looks sends her straight into a frenzy.
Description: 
In terms of her attitude, she is sometimes pompous, but for the most part a laid-back person.
Storyline: Aside from the seemingly spontaneous appearance, rumors float about that she is a member from the demolished ISA clan, and that she carries two whips that belonged to another member of the ISA clan.

Weapon: Celestial Odachi. This giant Katana was fashioned in the heavens above through the combined help of various celestial gods and goddesses, and his permanently bonded to the soul of Tennyo. This means that she is able to summon her weapon to her hands with only the minimal amount of energy, and is neigh near unbreakable.
Abilities: Tennyo is a Grandmaster of Celestial Magical Swordsmanship. Tennyo also has increased physical stats due to her body’s constant harnessing of celestial energy.
Weaknesses: Tennyo is a sucker for the ladies, and has a harder time concentrating around lovely ladies. Tennyo is also rather weak without the constant flow of celestial energy into her body, and thus would be rather vulnerable if trapped in a pitch-dark area such as a cave.
Description: 
Storyline: Tennyo was the daughter of a race of people who had a deep spiritual connection to the celestial deities. She grew up like a normal girl, until one day while she was out playing with one of the old celestial warriors, when her village was attacked. The enemy that her village faced were the last remnants of an old rival warrior mages long thought destroyed, these battle mages got their power from the unholy power of murder and blood. Unfortunately the attack was done at night and thus her people had no time to prepare, which ended up leading to the destruction of both her people AND that of their enemies, leaving Tennyo and her uncle as the sole survivors of the attack as they were away at the time. It was on that day, coming back to her destroyed village that Tennyo lost her innocence and was trained in the secret art of combat under her uncle’s tutelage that her village specialized in, even improving some of the attacks. Soon after her training was complete her uncle died of a broken heart, unable to go on without all of his friends and family, and finally being able to let go after knowing his niece would continue on their family’s legacy. After burying her Uncle she found some disturbing information in one of his journals, the goddess that her people worshiped refused to help her people in their time of great need, all because of some rule about non-interference. At this point in time her mind snapped, and her rage consumed her, forever warping her personality.
Other: Tennyo is a dark, brooding, and serious character. Although if she finds someone who interests her, she can soften up a lot, ESPECIALLY those that remind her of figures from her childhood. Tennyo also happens to be a serious lesbian, who thoroughly enjoys the company of women. Tennyo is often times willing to work in a group, but can be rather harsh when people fail her. Deep down Tennyo is a sweet woman, with a rather hard outer shell, and is fiercely loyal to those she deems worthy. Unfortunately Tennyo is a ruthless fighter who enjoys bloodshed. She cares for nothing and nobody except for herself, except for special circumstances.

Species: A neko, a human with cat ears, eyes, tail, and senses.
Home: He's never had one.
Ability Style: If given a Final Fantasy job, he would probably lose it, or be a theif, black mage(though heaven forbid he gets his hands on magic) or soldier.
Weapon: He has his retractable claws.
Ability: He has cat-like reflexes, and a sort of second sight.
Weakness: Catnip, coffie, and sugar. All of which drive him even more insane than he is. And trees, always trees, he climbs them and gets stuck. He's also afraid of dogs, but has an innate link with wolves and puppies.
Description: He has red hair in basically a mop on his head, red hair on his cat ears and tail. He wears spiky armbands on his wrists, but the spikes arn't very good weapons. He tends to lose his shirts and wears blue baggy pants with the cuffs rolled up.
Storyline: He was shoved out of his litter, as the runt when he was little, and has since been on his own. Instead of giving him a cynical personality, it seems to have strengthened his resolve to be perky and annoying. He goes from town to town to beg/steal/earn food and shelter.
