"Heh. You think my powers being sapped by that kid is gonna keep me from killing you?" Thomas brought his arms up in a high X-block then threw them down creating an X in the air. Strangely, when L's attack hit his hovering sheild, the liquid exploded before him tossing him backward. He received a couple of bruises from blasting through a few chairs. It wasn't enought to keep him down of course. "Freaking Heralds. I can't wait to have all of your powers." Thomas performed two forward punches and butterfly kick. The first two attacks shot at L like fist shaped bullets, but the third attack came out like a crescent. Thanks to Lucien's influence, the arc didn't eat through the floor. It only burned it.
"I got this." Moli slid forward into an attacking stance. He used a technique similar to Thomas's and enveloped his hands in orange red spheres of condensed radiation. He punched through Thomas's first two attack, and evaded the last. Moli was more than sure that L could handle himself.

"..." Roulin looked up into the night sky in wonder. A familiar sensation passed over him. As the Life Owl, he could innately sense the presence of The Death Owl. Without looking, he knew it was Thomas headed toward him. That wasn't good. Not now. "Damn it. Thomas is coming. We need to--" He stopped by the sight of his old friend Lucien. Strangely, the closer he got, the more the sensation grew. Thomas was no longer the Death Owl. Lucien was. "Ohhh god...we need to turn around immediately." Whereas Lucien had many powers, Roulin didn't. That alone was grounds for a retreat. An immediate retreat. As fast as the car would allow, Roulin skidded around in an arc and began to drive against traffic.

Zane looked on at thomas as he arrived back again and saw how worried moli was at what to do right now. " Moli i know you want to fight thomas but this isnt a good time or place we should escape with the item and regroup with the others. The item is too important to risk here in a fight with this man." said zane as the ground around the train but not touching it steadily became sand as it rose up in a thick cloud ready to strike on zane order. With that negation no longer covering his whole body a full body assault coul;d but them valuable time.

Demios nodded to Anderson "Good point I'm sure both sides could use a beating, however touch Armand and you'll have me to answer to" He said becoming defencive for his friend. He then followed Anderson that is until he noticed Lucien. "Anderson, I have a bad feeling I think we should keep a careful eye on the UNS as well, Lucien is dangerous and unpredictable at best" He said. He then landed and returned to a semi human form. He was in his human form but he had large raven wings. "Hey guys, mind if we join the party" He said. He held his hands up "Burning Mandala!" He said firing a ring of fire at Lucien. He still had to score to settle after his near death experience when Che died.

Lucien watched the battle rage on. Out of the corner of his eye he watched as a fiery attack plummeted towards him. He spun swinging his hand as a telekinetic wave blocked the residual flames but the intense heat couldn't be blocked by telekinesis. He pulled his hand back and grunted a little. "Sorry Demios I'll have to take a rain check I have a meeting with an old friend of mine, you'll find my forces a match for you with their combined powers. But don't worry when this is over I will be back to have a 'chat' about that near death experience on the mountains."
As the car stormed into view a smile spread across Lucien's face. He took off as if he was going to run after the car. His body soon burst into popping sprays of light. The light conglomerated on the hood of Roulin's car. Lucien with a fist surrounded by what appeared to be a diamond substance slammed the hood of the car with his fist, his super strength adding extra kick as he tore through the sheet metal of the car infront of him. As the car lurched forward he leapt backwards and fired a pulse of Telekinetic energy pushing the car back. He flipped through the air and landed slidding back a little. He smiled again and stared at his old friend Roulin and Aimee.
"Well back from the dead I see. And look you've brought Aimee...." He trailed off a little he remembered what he and Thomas had discussed earlier but that wasn't his focus right now. He looked at Roulin and began to speak. "What do the people of this world have to do to get rid of you? Well good to know that you're back, I would have been p***** if someone else had killed you. Life Owl." The architech seals appeared in his eyes again but not the negation energy. " But where are my manners? I have a mission to complete I wonder if I'll have to kill you two or take you both prisoner to decide what to do with you next." He flicked his wrist as a sonic pulse shattered a car that was coming from behind him. "I've had a rather stressful few months sense everything went to Hell forgive my temperment."

Now, with his stolen vehicle totalled, he had to face Lucien. That was not something he needed to do at the moment especially with Aimee, a healer, in the car next to him. Once again, fighting wasn't in his plans. Running was. How far could he really get from Lucien now that he was several feet away from him? "Yeah, I'm lucky to be alive right now. I just hope it'll last." As the car exploded behind Lucien giving him the look of an angel of death, he gulped. "My last two months have been weird to say the least. I've truly been to Hell and back." Roulin watched as a couple crossing the street stop to watch him and Lucien. Along with them came fourty more people adding more of a load to his already heavy list of tasks.

"To Hell and back? Odd You must have met Che down there." he was making a joke he had no idea about the meeting of him and Che. Well I must say you are something you've cheated Death now twice he must be getting sloppy. Good thing I'm taking his place." His fingertips began to drip the black liquid again. "You were the only person that constantly dealt me the most trouble, you almost killed me back in the Appalachians, I stared death in the face and returned, no thanks to some of my friends. I suppose that was revenge for caving your skull in twice with a bat and leaving you to die in some field. Looks like we're even." He glanced over his shoulder at the people.
His eyes became the seductive shade of purple that signalled Neo's former power. "You will all return to your homes, and never speak of this incident again." The people nodded and began to walk away some returned to their damaged cars and started to drive away. "I'm not a monster....yet. I won't have you handicapped by them as well as Aimee." He began to walk forward his left hand's fingertips still dripping the black liquid. "However I have waited months for this rematch, I won't lose to you again not when my plans are almost at fruition. I won't allow you to further the progress of this war and ruin more of the world." He shot forward his superspeed activating again. He used his energy manipulation and fired off bolts of charged energy at Roulin he was purposely not attacking Aimee, he didn't want to give anything away just yet. His right hand trailed lightly behind his body a thin sometimes flickering wire could barely be made out running through his fingers as he began setting trap after trap for Roulin to spring.

Instantly, Roulin's body shined brightly and his white, liquid-like armor was covering him. He had more control over his abilites as the Life Owl, but those were his only abilities. That and healing. He deflected the energy bolts at Lucien, but due to his speed, they all did nothing but miss and strike buildings in the distance. "Well, that's one. Now I need to know the others...damn it." He couldn't fight still. Not without knowing his offensive abilites. Until then, he'd have to waft through this fight the best he could. "Is that all you got? If you keep this up, your so-called plans are going nowhere but into the trash!"

"Big talk for a dead man walking." He stated as the bolts wizzed past his body. He wondered why Roulin hadn't attacked, his movement, what little that there was seemed somewhat clumsy. "Oh Roulin? You don't know your powers very well do you?" He asked as again he began to manipulate the hydrogen in the air as well as chlorine from the surrounding area to form a spraying mist of hyrdochloric acid at Roulin. He stopped moving and focused. he reached into the ground and gripped several pipes made of metal and threw them into sections of broken walls and damaged buildings, their purpose wrapped inside of Lucien's calculating head. He gripped his hands close together as calcium from the dead bodies around him began to gather into a sphere into his hand. "Calcium in the body is stabalized into Ca+2, however raw Calcium is highly explosive, it makes a fantastic bomb." He stated as he split the ball into two different spheres. It's shape began to becoem distorted and rage wildly in it's prison. "I can't keep these elements stable for long, so why not let them loose?" He quickly threw the balls and burst into mist immediately after, it only took milliseconds before a rapid chain reaction occured and the calcium's explosion began.

Demios frowned as Lucien got away he only hoped that Roulin could handle him. He then turned his attention elsewhere. "I need to find Will maybe he can help me make sense of this" He said. He then saw what Anderson was doing and decided he should help. "Hey need a hand?" He asked Anderson. He closed his eyes and readied a spell "Burning Mandala!" He said sending another fire ring this time at Anderson's target.

Roulin barred his darkened teeth which contrasted with Thomas's perfectly. They too were as sharp, but sharp teeth weren't going to keep away his current attacker. When the bombs neared him and exploded, Roulin, without knowing, managed to keep the attack away. When he looked up, the blast was being held back by a clear box that expanded to cover the force. It was a great skill to have, but still he couldn't attack. Or at least he though. "Hey Lucien! How is it being the Death Owl? That power is so one-dimensional...this one...not so much. Remember that time I couldn't figure out how to use the can opener? It's sorta like that right now so bare with me!"

Noel looked up at Anderson and Demios. What the hell where they doing? "Why are you attacking them?!?!? Go after the damn UNS!!!" she yelled at them in a thunderous tone, she was outraged, if they would have been around they would have known that The Night OWLs were working with the Fallen Phoenix.
Amara couldn't believe she had a sister. She hugged the clone of Aeon as tears rolled down her face. She then heard the noise coming from the other car as she and Aeon ran towards the car as she saw L and Moli fighting. She focused on the train as it came to a complete stop. She would provide back up for them.
Vincent had slipped away from the UNS and followed Amara. When he got to the train he saw how damaged it was he climbed in. He saw Moli, L, Amara and Aeon and Thomas was outnumbered. He walked towards him and looked at Thomas. "Do you need help sir?" he asked him.

L's all seeing eyes didnt miss the change in Thomas's own powers. He could no longer kill in an instant, nor could he completely dissapate force. The crescent attack was easy enough to dodge, and the light herald only hoped those behind him had dodged it as well. "Well kid, ya lost some of your pizzaz there. That new death is stronger than ya huh?" The markings of the light herald slowly became more evident, taking on a sort of glow as L stared at tom. "Quick lessen. You know that light has no real mass? Oh lots of energy but, no mass or weight to speak of. Soooo heres the question...exactly how much of it can i compress at one time?" The spiral pattern on L's arm began to move, slowly winding down into the gear pattern on the back of his hand. Holding up his finger like a gun a small orb began to form at its tip. The small ball of light was allready beginning to rival the sun in brightness and still growing brighter, allready passing blinding. "Moli...should he block this...well you saw what happened last time..please get down." Shutting one eye L took aim. "Bang..." The orb seemed to leave L's hand in slow motion at first, before it blasted forth, the sheer force crumpling the seats to the left and right of its path. The appearance of Vincent was unexpected and L slightly resented the fact the boy was now standing next to the only man...no thing on earth he truly and mostly deeply loathed.

Lucien laughed a little, not at Roulin but at his example of a time he couldn't learn something right away. "You're so stupid." He said softly. He shot forward this time he didn't want to use an indirect approach. He raised his hand which now dripped fully with negation energy. He slashed downward to smash through Roulin's shield. He landed on the ground and looked up at Roulin. "However this isn't a moment for memorials this is a battlefield and if you don't treat it like one, you're going to die." He slashed upward in an uppercut with the negation energy filled hand. His other hand stilltrailed lightly behind feeding more wire into the traps.
Anderson raised an eyebrow and looked at Noel. "Wow more wrathful then usual, Aren't we Noel?" He wasn't to sure what she was so angry about the Night Owls weren't exactly on friendly terms with either side. "I thought you would be on Will's side of this, I mean he is your friend." He watched Demios attack Benkei after him he smiled but did nothing else. "Relax Demios I won't touch Armand, there's a bridge I'd rather not cross."

Nat was taken aback when Demios and Anderson both attacked Benkei’s shields “Aren’t we working together?!” He thought. On instinct Nat removed his gloves and reached out to touch Benkei‘s arm. There was a momentary pulling sensation from inside, (one that was pretty uncomfortable) like a game of tug o war, before Nat let go.. He held up a hurried text for Benkei “You look as though you could use some reinforcement” he smiled crookedly before setting his mind on the task at hand. He could feel the power almost swirling around inside, now he just had to grasp control. Somehow, Nat had managed to repair the damage caused by Demios and Anderson. But the strength needed to use this type of defence was wearingly high “Tch” Nat gasped “How the hell do you keep this up Benkei?”

Demon Eyes Zero Flo watched the attacks launched by Lucien...they greatly resembled that of Thomas now. That with the mans allready strong powers well, without Raven the blue owl didnt really see how they could win. As benkei through up a shield Flo returned to reality and closed his eyes to concentrate on drawing out the moisture in the air. This action though was interupted by Noel speaking up. If the god owl was seeking to leave then everything really had fallen apart. Flo had gathered enough water for defense and kept if floating around as a back up shield for Benkei. "Benkei, we need to get them and get out of here." Nicko1421 "Alright Demios I'm trusting you on this one." For now he would fight with the UNS and take out the Fallen Phoenix's. He knew that Noel was fighting the opposite way which worried him a little. "Demios Noel is fighting the UNS down there, can we really fight her? She's our leader now." He knew that she had only been a leader for a very short time and that up until this point Dante and Dante only had lead the Night Owls the entire way this wan't just a matter of right or wrong this was a tough decision. He couldn't communicate with Noel because he wasn't a member of the Great Four, which only added to the pressure. "Demios I don't know I know we owe Will, but Noel is still our friend." He shook his head and smiled. "But I suppose now isn't the time to be thinking about this, why not give both sides a hard time?" He asked with a laugh as he flew downward. He charged up small glowing spheres around his arm they were fired burning white hot towards Benkei's shield they flew like shooting stars across the air as their burning surfaces shortened the distance towards Benkei.
The Shield Owl nodded, hearing Flo, but did that mean they were going to have to leave Owen and Raven? He backed up again, moving Nova and Kojiro with him. However, two people he didn't know started sending attacks his way, Anderson and Demios. Anderson's attack flew toward him, and those orbs looks awfully hot. They would melt the stone. If he was lucky, Demios's fire wouldn't be hot enough to burn through the whole thing. Luckily, Nat stepped in and helped. Benkei barely felt the uncomfortable feeling of Nat borrowing his ability. The Shield Owl was focused on keeping them alive. Flo's water would definitely help by negating the fire and or cooling down Anderson's attack. "...thanks, Nat." Ben did hear Noel yelling at them, so he wondered what was going on? Were those two on the Night Owls side or the UNS? Whatever. He was focusing on the shields. Sure would help if Nova or Kojiro was better right about now. Unfortunately, Benkei knew that wouldn't be the case with Nova. Hopefully, Kojiro was feeling better.-------------------------------- ((UNS - Will))
As the spectators walked away from Lucien's hypnotism and drove away in some cars that were battered yet still functioning, the crowd cleared the area, leaving Will as the only spectator on the side farthest away from the UNS battle where Noel was. Basically, he was coming from the other direction. There was, not surprisingly, a smirk on his face as he watched the skirmish between Lucien and Roulin. He leaned against a light post, crossing his arms and simply watched, not lifting a finger at all. Sure, Lucien fighting Roulin was dangerous, and great for Aimee that she wasn't "hurt" yet. But this would be a rather useful learning experience for Roulin to figure out his Life Owl abilities. If people hated the Satan Owl for his methods....well, that wouldn't be anything new. The b*****d lit a smoke as if he hadn't a care in the world, but glanced at his phone to check on the train situation and the status of other areas.
