I don't know about "praise" but I do get complimented on my looks. Especially my hair. They love my thick, long, naturally wavy/curly hair.

Earthy colors... and black. At least that's the colors that make up a majority of my clothing. xd

None or just some eyeshadow.

The first thing that just popped into my mind was from my high school prom. I went to it solo and just hanged out with my friends. The guys in the group felt bad that I didn't have a date, so they each took their turns having a dance with me. It was quite sweet of them to do for me.
