((Glad I could help? (o,o) .... good point, Mario... Now things get interesting since I never paid much attention to this part of the story sweatdrop ))
Thoughts go flying through Skurai's head, but one is for certain as grip on Bundstrung is tightened. He turns his attention from the fleeing Tarik to the destined for death, Damian. "For one, your very existence annoys the hell out of me," charged at him with sword held high, "and for two, I'd rather you just not live anymore." Skurai slices through the weakened Damian with his sword sheaths it like a samurai finisher causing an burst of energy to erupt from the impact wound once, the blade is completely sheathed.

Eiji stands with the guardian, trying to act shocked from Skurai's revelation even though he already knew what his brother was planning ever since he re-acquired his memories.

Sasori stands by as Tarik and Skurai argue. So, she was right about Skurai and his wanting Tarik's crown. He was only using them. She was not surprised, but she was a little disappointed. But at least they had righted the history that Slayer had changed when he saved his wife. Although, she did not wish Aku dead, history was changed. That woman was an amazing fighter, she had to admit.
As Sasori stood there, she noticed that she had a number of scrapes and bruises from being tackled and shoved. With the adrenalin fading, she could feel the pain of her wounds. "Ow. I think I might have a cracked rib." She felt her side, it was very tender. "Next time I need to get some armor."

Ryuu looks back hearing Tarik, then soon joins him. "I had so much fun.." She purrs, licking her blade still full of blood. She slyly looks around then kicks James's head. "Good riddance. Damn slayer should know his place.." She mutters then leans against the wall, "cleaning" her twin blades.
Aku smiled, thankful for James's realizing what he had done at the end. Chou bends down, automatically praying as she mutters to herself quiety. After doing a hand motion he stands back up,"Aku...I will take my leaving now." Aku looks back with a playful pout,"Can't you stay?" Chou had always left once she was no longer "needed", Chou bends down putting passages on Aku's legs. Aku sighs, flexing her legs as they were once more limited, then looks up at Chou. Chou shakes her head, then glances over to one of the guardians that was hurt. She lies one of her passages against her side, the paper burns to ashes then the skin absorbs it as she mutters. "Good tidings.." She says with a nod, then leaves the palace.
Slayer could be brought to life now, but not thanks to James soul. "We'll need his body, Slayer's might have traces of the Soulless leaving him open for any more of them." Aku informs Tarik, picking up James then putting her over her shoulder.

Tarik helps Aku with the body and flies to the fortress. He drops the body by the crypt where Slayer lay. He then lands his dragon nearby.

Peter looks outside to see a dragon has landed not far from his room. It was the same dragon that man was riding when he was picked up, Peter looked over towards the guard
" Guard come Quick. I believe that our friend has returned. Maybe he had bought back mother ? "
The guard had been teaching James proper words . He also taught James the Different titles of Royalty. But most importantly He thought him about Respect and that everyone Deserves it. Even beggars on the street
The guard walked over towards James and looked out the window. " By the gods you are right Peter. That is the same Dragon we took a ride on. Although I don't see anybody else with him. "
Peter looked at the dragon. He wanted to see it up close again. Although he is learning the Proper titles. He is still a child. He turns away from the window and heads towards the door that leads from the room.
The guard smiled and followed him. Now all they needed to do was find the right door that would lead to to where the dragon was

With the fighting over Skurai relaxes his joints and allows the demon aura to fade away, turning him back to his more humanoid state. He walks over to Sasori and attempts to help her as he sees that she is in pain, "Is there any way that I can help with the pain?"
Eiji chuckles now that the danger was gone. He stands up and walks to join the others, he removes his helmet and expels it into the wind as well as the rest of his armor. Once with the others he sighs, slightly ignoring Skurai. "So what do we do now?"

Sasori pulls up her shirt just a little to check her ribs after Chou had treated her. Testing them. "I think that lady healed my rib. I'm banged up but will be ok. Just need to clean up and dress the wounds." She dusts off her clothes and says "Might need some new clothes. These seem to have had it." She laughs as there are rips and blood and stuff all over her clothes.
"I guess we can rest a little and figure out what we want to do about Tarik. As he left, he said something about going to a fortress. Maybe we should go there next."
She sees Sky enter. "Sky, you missed the fight with James. Aku killed him and took his dead body. She said something about trying to revive your father from death."

The ancient mind now in control tilted his head slightly. "You are his friends; I do not seek to harm any of you... it is those who seek to use the Shadow Realm for their own advantages I seek and destroy; it is dangerous enough to use its magic with these items," he said dryly, flicking his gauntlet. Moments later, a faint aura of swirling energy flickered, then faded from around him as the seal Amiric had placed faded, the playing card he'd used to summon it flying back to his grasp as he slid it into a hidden pack. "Warn the..... council," he said softly to the Ka summon, who faded from sight in a swirling flare of flames before he fell to one knee, panting. He'd never used his shadow magic that way.

Tarik gets off his dragon and waits for Aku and Ryuu to return to the fortress.
