Roarke snorted. "I respect your 'brother's' warriors, but him I do not trust at all," he muttered.



Amiric half shrugged. No need to worry about that; the Aiel on a whole do not make it a habit to assume their enemies are gone for good. They know the Slayers are likely in hiding, but not gone completely yet, he said softly. He half shrugged at Eiji's words, not really caring.

Eiji chuckled at everyone's responses expecting that from all of them based on what they had experience. He has the urge to respond to Roarke and his comment about Halcian, "Yeah, Hal has been around for a bit, because he's loyal, he usually Skurai's right hand man and running mate for combat. The others are pretty interesting to... I haven't seen much of them since..." Eiji drifts off into thought wondering how he was able to recall so much of his past life before the memory loss. It was all a blur at first, but this constant interaction with Bundstrung and Skurai, was slowly clearing the haze.

Skurai searches the ship for a decent pair of clothing for Sasori. "Where are the priceless linen robes? Hal... help me look for them!!" He stared coldly at his offense general and then goes back to searching.
Halcian was in a daydream at the moment and was awoken by Skurai's yelling. He instantly goes to aid Skurai, secretly hoping that he could find them before Skurai did.

Saklo leans against the door of the Captain's living quarters chuckling mentally at his boss's actions. He glanced quickly at the outfit they were looking for and then looks as if he knows nothing.

Tarik ponders what Ryuu said. "So we have to find where Aku's mother's spirit is trying to lead us? How are we suppose to do that? Hmm."

Tarik waits outside the mausoleum as Aku works on bringing Slayer back. He calls into Aku, "How's it going?"

A bird arrives as Tarik waits. Tarik reads the note it says, "coming."

Wrath walks up to tarik when hes alone, "tell me again why we keep playing this game with the slayers?, it seems pointless to keep even there entire race alive, there not demons or humans and have only been a thorn in our side sence we met them, if you do have a secret plan in your mind some where for them, once your plan is done im going to kill them all"

Tarik smiles at Wrath, "You have not guessed? There are two reasons to keep the slayers. One, I need to know the secret of Aku's necklace. Two, after the war with James, the guardians now have a stake in what happens in Egypt. When Slayer is revived, he will want to get his kingdom back. To do that, he will need to fight the sultan and Skurai/guardians. Slayer's army will be divided and weak since they lost many due to Skurai's attack. So Slayer will distract the guardians while I go for the bigger prize that the necklace will lead us to."

Tarik says to Wrath, "I know, there is something out if sync but I will see where the path leads. Ryuu has the necklace so this may work in our favor."

((Aku's voice is back to normal.))

Tarik looks at the annoying ghost of Ramesses. "The reaper is Damein's so he must be hiding somewhere close. Slayer is your problem. You take care of Damein. It was your kind that summoned him here. The slayers called him so the slayers need to send him back. If Damein claims Slayer, then Slayer must pay his debt before he can be released.

I am not king of the demons on Earth. You can petition Moredred if you want and ask for assistance to send Damein away and I will do his bidding should he ask.

I have been more than generous to Slayer and have received more problems for my trouble than I have received in return. Slayer has more than once tried to overthrow me or has sabotaged me.

I owe Slayer nothing. I have saved his son and brought him here and sheltered his wife out of courtesy. I have done enough. They owe me.

Aku attempts to steal Slayer away from the clutche of "Death" by reviving Slayer. It is the slayers who will need to repay him. I can summon the Death Demon and plead Slayer's case but why should I go in debt with "Death" for Slayer?

Be gone specter. Do not bother me unless you have something to offer me. I owe the slayers nothing."

Tarik turns to Wrath. "Maybe you have a point about the slayers. They are a lot of trouble." He peeks into to mausoleum and grabs the reaper sword and walks back to Wrath. "Here, put this away." Tarik gives the reaper to Wrath for safe keeping.
