Instead of how we express pain as "Ow" here, they say "Aray!" over there. So if you said "OW!!" over there, they'd think you're imitating a dawg. 3nodding

Besides, that's only if they're like really REALLY desperate for food. It's not like some exotic cuisine/delicacy or anything. Although some families would anyway, but it shouldn't apply to an entire population.
Do you know how the "Filipinos eat dogs" stereotype came around?
