Kaline staggered for a few seconds. She shook her head, then grabbed the girl and re-threw her over Kalines shoulder. "I'm sorry.." She ignored her crying, kicking, and screaming and headed for the school.

I think have found him.

"No! I don't understand Hunter! I don't ******** understand!" Veronica yelled through salty tears that stung her face. She was being picked up but she was so tired and losing more and more blood through her leg. She actually allowed this girl to take her back to teh school.
But she could always just escape again.

||Please don't get so far ahead guys. I'm having a real hard time catching up with everything. Can someeone give me an update?||

Ravin rushed to Veronica, her hands darting lightly over the girl's leg. She analyzed the depth of the wound and nodded grimly to herself. "Stand back, everyone," she warned. "I'm going to help her."

Making sure that no one else outside of their group saw her, Ravin slit her wrist with her long black fingernail. Her wrist shook slightly. She dripped the blood onto Veronica's wound and sighed. Ravin's blood mixed with that of Veronica. It took a few moments before the wound actually stopped bleeding. Ravin looked down at the wound and then up at Veronica with a bright smile on her lips. She lifted her wrist to her mouth and licked the blood until all traces of it had disappeared.

"All better now, Veronica?" she asked softly.

Ravin shifted so that she was beside the girl. She stroked Veronica's hair tenderly as if she were a little sister. To her, she was. Ravin smiled sadly. "No. It only works if the blood is mixed with one of the major arteries or a deep wound. You had neither." She paused and then continued. "I just healed you is all. I'm sorry."

Robert ran over to Kaline before she had a chance to leave."Is it just me or am I being kept in the dark?I don't understand anything that's happening."His eyes turned a dark purple to show his disappointment and worry for his new friend,as his accent became thicker.I don't like confusion.He thought to himself.

Armand swayed a bit from the overwhelming scent of Veronica's sweet blood. He groaned into his hands and then fell to his knees while his body shuddered with laughter, "I could have killed her and this would all have been over with for you would have killed me as well Hunter my friend. I almost wish I did not regain consciousness then I would not still be breathing so to speak." He looked up with a crazed look in his eyes and it was shown in there that he did not have much sanity left. He stood up but his midsection would not straightened for it was as if it was stuck in a crouching position ready to strike his opponent at any moment. "Hunter you must promise me that if I lose it completely you will kill me. David may be well trained but I have many years of hunting experience and training from Airi herself on him. There are things that we have done and practice that David has never seen the likes of. I wish I could show you Hunter. I think you would catch on quickly and be an even more excellent hunter." He laughed again and began to pace around the area that they were standing, always facing Hunter. He caught the scent of that vampire again and snarled angrily, "Go back to the school! you only irritate me more by being here! I don't want to hurt my best friend!" He shot an angry look in the direction of the tree she was standing in and then turned back to Hunter. "Will you promise then?" His eyes glazed over slightly and he bared his fangs at Hunter. His clawed hands posed, ready to pounce.
