Cobalt There is a big difference between disciplining a pet and yelling at them for no reason. I know you guys aren't talking about kicking your pets around and stuff for no reason, but still. There are better ways to deal with anger than yelling at someone (or some pet). Sorry if this is preachy, but I do some volunteer work at pet shelters. I've seen quite a few battered and abused pets, including one who was both physically and verbally abused - the poor thing cringed away if you raised your voice at all, even in a good way. It's very, very sad. I guess I'm just a little touchy on that subject, is all. I still luvs you kids. *hugs* I think we were all speaking of just venting every once in a while was all.

Haha, I know there are people older than me here, though I'm older than probably the majority of Gaians. But a joke amongst my RL friends is that I'm older than just about all of them, so they call me "old lady" and "hag" and "crone" and stuff like that. I retort with a "young whippersnapper" and much mirth is had. XD So I call all of them kids.

*sigh* bad day. [rant]*deep breath* So I'm really tired and couldn't sleep last night cause i wore socks to bed and then people in school started evil rumors about two of my friends and one of them is really sad now and scaring me, i think my best friend who is also a girl has a crush on me, and so i semi-avoid her to which she's getting sad, my parents keep arguing over ridiculous things, i went to ballet expecting it to make it better and took a nasty fall to which i'm now feeling the effects (i.e. bruises -big ones), and one of my friends keeps avoiding me, tomorrow is senior skip-day and i'm a junior who's friends are all seniors so i'll be lonely, i have to make up two quizzes, and I finished Samurai Champloo yesterday and it made me sad. and on top of that i'm plagued by the fact that other people STILL have it worse than me... *exhale*[/rant] I love this place, everything bad that happens is just make believe and easily corrected with the delete key.
