Rahvine shoved the button into Aura's paw, pushing the button down. "There." I just hope it does whatever it's supposed to.

The button dissapeared as light filled aura's head.
It turned her Human and she was asleep.
Zero slumped down next to her.
"God...reminds me of the first week of being a vampire."

Rahvine sat down on the other side of Aura tucking the silver dagger back in her belt. "What do you mean?"

Zero explained.

"Oh, I see." said Rahvine looking at Zero for a moment before pulling bandages from her bag to bandage Aura's shoulder, which she had stabbed earlier. How on earth did he manage that? Rahvine shook her head. ...I'm glad nothing like that happened with me. I could have really hurt someone even though I had Aura tame me.

Zero nodded along with her thoughts.
"Yea...it's something only in my home worlds. And what do you mean by tame you, if you don't mind me asking."
He pulled a couple of cups and started to make his special leaf tea.

"It an ancient technique that Hunters use to control vampires." Rahvine pulled the scarf around her neck to one side slightly exposing the tree shaped tattoo on her throat. "Back in the early days of the Associaton, vampires and Hunters were at war. So Hunters would sometimes capture a vampire and force them to work with them." Rahvine shrugged slightly. "A Hunter would have something that matched the tattoo, and they could use it to stop the vampire in question from attacking."

"Like...a mark perhaps?" He looked at the angel wing mark Gabriella gave him when she turned him.

"Kind of I guess." Rahvine finished bandaging Aura's shoulder and tucked the bandages away. "But like I said the item the Hunter had and the tattoo would work together to stop the vampire. When Aura's touches her dog tag to my tattoo, I get pinned down, and can't move until the daggers vanish."

"Exactly." said Rahvine nodding. "When I was turned I was afraid of either slipping and having bloodlust take over or being controlled by Nicole-sama and forced to hurt Aura and the others." I trust Aura the most, and she offered to help so I asked her to tame me.

Zero finished his tea, placed some in a cup, and took a sip.
He passed a full cup to Rahvine.
"It's a great tea. And it has amazing healing properties."
As she was explaining his cuts and wounds started to dissapear.
"Ya know...your Hunters sound a bit like the Society. Where I come from they have similar rules. I should know...I had to read all of them!~"

"Thanks." said Rahvine as she took the cup and sipped. "Really?" asked Rahvine smiling wryly to herself. I wonder if people in the Society try to find loopholes as much as some Hunters seem to.

"Actualy quite the opposite. The Society is a group of 27 million reapers and counting. They keep people dead and others alive. And it's the alive people that love loopholes."

I guess he read my mind again... Rahvine nodded slightly. "I see. Well, in my world both the Association and the Council try to find loopholes around each other. Things have been better though since Yagari-sensi and Kuran-sama took over." Rahvine grinned slightly as she sipped some more tea. "At least based on what I've heard about how things were before."
