Nn, yeah. o wo The plot of the first game is being re-done to get you the other CPU's much earlier in the game, it seems, so we'll probably see a lot more character interaction and such.

Yeah, it was unfortunate you didn't recruit the other CPU's until right before the end of the game.
I will admit I traded out Iffy for Noire in MK1 because Iffy always had (and HAS always had) Very poor AP management.
She was strong, but as far as damage output goes, Noire was so much better. Not to mention she had the CPU attack, too. XD

The CPUs, in the games, are clearly and unambiguously stronger than all other party members. Once you have them, the only real reason to use anyone else is for fun.
Noire does murder things well in the first game, though, what with all of her bullet spamming... though Neptune Break > All.

But why has Iffy always had such lousy AP? Or why does she consume so much of it?

Well, everyone's pretty lousy early on... but it might also be incentive to use DLC characters? XD
