I just made my first cheesecake.
I think I'll get it perfect next time.
My mistake was to, on my first try, attempt a bi-layer brownie-cheesecake.

lol nose bleeds are funny...except the 1 time I fractured my nose...that sucked. Felt like some fat guy stood on my nose and put all his weight into it
