Having calmed down now from the attack on his eye, Zuko glared at the two siblings. "Take the girl back to her cell, and make sure she doesn't escape this time." he commanded, then looked over at Sokka, "Follow me with the other." he began walking towards the door that lead to below deck.
The guards obeyed.

"What?" Sokka replied on impulse, completely puzzled as to why they would both be separated. Maybe they wanted to hurt Katara? He could only imagine the horrendous deeds the male fire benders might want to do to an attractive young girl like his sister. "No, please, lock me up instead!" He pleaded, not wanting his sister to suffer a fate similar to his mothers.

"Tch, calm down." Zuko said, as if he had read Sokka's mind, "She is only going back to her cell. You will soon return with her if everything goes as planned..." he said, his voice seeming with danger.
The soldiers brought Katara back down to the brig as Zuko lead the other set with Sokka to his own quarters.

For some reason he trusted the jerk. Even if it was just for this split second. "... fine." He spat, frustrated by the situation. He cast a helpless gaze at his sister before proceeding with the guards.

Once they were in Zuko's quarters, the prince began laying out commands, "You two, stand guard at the door. You, bind his hands behind his back." he said, then left the room.

"W-wait what?" Sokka was unable to do anything. He felt so helpless again... at least he had managed to swipe that spearhead earlier. That might somehow help...

Zuko soon returned to the room with a large bowl of water, placing it on a small wooden stand. "This will allow me to determine if you truly are a Waterbender or not..." he glared down at Sokka, "Bring him here." he commanded, his soldiers leading Sokka up to the water. "Now then, when I say the word, cut his binds." Zuko said, then smirked down at his prey, "If you are truly a Waterbender, then you will be able to get out of this... we have seen plenty of your sister's skills, but you still insist on hiding your own... well now, if you continue hiding your abilities, you will simply die in the process." he suddenly grabbed Sokka roughly by his wolf tail, pushing his face down towards the bowl of water.

Without being given a word of mouth, Sokka was suddenly immersed head first in the bowl of water. He hadn't even had time to take a breath! He quickly blew out a few bubbles, choking for air. Panic spread through his whole body, realizing he was going to die this way. A water tribesman... drowning? How pathetic would that be. He tried his best to move his head from the fire bender's push, but despite the amount of movement he was creating, the other refused to let go. Finally, unable to hold the little breath he had anymore he coughed and gasped, getting nothing but a mouthful of water with nowhere to go. He tried to spit it out, but inevitably swallowed most of it, finding no air in his empty mouth either. He was screaming but nobody could hear. He was going to die without saying good bye to his father. He was going to die a nobody, a victim to this pathetic nation fueled by hate and driven by power. He could feel his body grow lifeless around him. His eyes shut, his body beginning to give up hope. All his drive, all his effort to escape for this, for this nothingness. He wondered for a moment what death would be like as he started to slip into unconciousness.

In the middle of Sokka's super angsty drowning, Zuko had signaled for one of the soldiers to cut his binds, which they did. But seeing that Sokka had not even tried to bend the water, only struggled like a moron, the prince huffed, finally letting go of the other as he fell unconcious, then proceeded to push him to the floor. Zuko glared down at the other with pure disgust, turning on his heel to leave the room, "Make sure He coughs up the water he breathed in. I do not want to add another needless death to this war. After he is breathing properly, throw him out of here. I don't care where he goes. Don't bother locking him up though; he isn't worth it. Just make sure he does not get to the brig to free his sister." he finally finished, leaving his quarters to go angst.
The soldiers did just as Zuko ordered, getting Sokka's lifeless form to cough up the water, then placing him on a futon in a random, unused room.

Sokka blinked open his eyes. Everything was so bright...
"I-is this death?" He murmured. Death seemed comfortable at least.
Once he could see clearly he realized he was inside a room, probably somewhere in the ship. So.. he hadn't died. Sokka was tired, but he did his best to grin in relief to be alive.
((Oye, I can't do super angsty 'my life is horrible b/c my family hates me and i murdered this person and blah blah' with Sokka like I can with Malik. I've concluded my posts for him will be shorter until he starts developing a crush... I can work well with crushes. *grin*))
((..... my boyfriend is being an a*****e... x_x; WAHH. Sorry, that was random but it's the reason my replies been slow. I got annoyed of his yelling so I shut my cell phone off and now I can type. *pout* He tries to tell me what to do all the time and I don't like to take that s**t... *grunt*))

By the time Sokka had woken back up, Zuko was heading back to his quarters, his books hitting the floor loudly as he walked. He stalked past Sokka's room, not realizing that the Water Tribe boy had been moved there, and headed to his own quarters, which were at the end of the same hall.
((It's okay; angst doesn't suit Sokka anyway. ^^ Now that he's free we can start developing the characters more.
And oh, I'm sorry dear. D: I can't really give much advice but... hope things work out. I'd continue to not take s**t though, because that's just nasty if you do...))

"I'm free!" He exclaimed jumping from his futon, excited to find he was no longer bound either. Then he proceded to do a little dance in his room to celebrate this accomplishment.
((I knows, but angst suits Akila. crying Ah well, I can't wait to play Toph. She's got a bad a** temper and that'll be fun. ))
((It's okay. I don't expect anybody to know what to do with a damn a*****e... erm, sorry I do feel slightly bad. Well, I did, before he started telling me to 'shut the f*ck up", because I don't let people talk like that to me. So uhm, yup, hung up. x_x That is why boiz suck. And no, I am not a frail little girl who succumbs to her lovers every wish. Pfft.))

Zuko paused, blinking in curiosity as he heard the strange yet cheery yell. He turned and stared in the direction of Sokka's door, wondering which one of his men was so happy and why. He stalked up to the doorway, turning and facing inside the room. However, when he saw that the person was Sokka, he simply glowered, turning around again to head out of the room as if he had never came in.

By the way, I was looking at scheduled recordings on our TV because I've been letting my shows record without watching them for like a week now and I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything, and apparently there was a new episode of Avatar on Friday night. O.o What's weird though is that it was in scheduled recordings instead of already-recorded things, even though it was two days after it should've recorded. So apparently the box messed up and didn't record it (out of all things it could've skipped...) but I managed to find the episode online... but yeah, I don't think it will be on TV again before the next episode airs, so you might want to find it online also. It was actually a pretty decent episode with a smidge of Zukka. o.o <3
Ooh, that's too bad though. D: I don't understand how people can just yell at others like that... I'm glad you don't take that crap though. It doesn't suit you at all. XP))

((Happy New Years Eve, by the way. Did you do anything? I didn't. Which makes me mad. So now I'm being all pouty again... x_x))
Sokka turned around abruptly, he could of sworn he just saw somebody... watching him... which was really creepy. Sokka didn't like creepy people looking at him. His eye twitched uncomfortably. The last thing he wanted to do was get himself locked up again, but then again... he didn't want some strange guy looking at him like that!
The curious watertribesman popped his head out of his door to see just who this peeping tom was.
((Man, I wanna watch now. O__O I should see if my box recorded it. It sounds good. Tehe. <3
Yea, I dunno, some people just have temperament issues. *shrug* ))
