What's the point of living.... Ashlie kept kissing him with the same intensity as before. But suddenly, she could 'see' it. The walls that had kept her out of his mind ever since Day 1. And somehow, they were falling apart, her power was seeping through them. She was mind-linking, out of her control. As soon as she realized what she was doing she shoved him off of her and backed up until she ran into a tree. She sat against the tree panting and holding her head, eyes wide. If there's no one to live for?

What's the point of living.... Ashlie slid her hand from her head down to cover her mouth and looked down at his shoes, trying to catch her breath. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, attempting to calm herself. She looked back up at Marcus and stood. "Yeah. I'm.... I'm fine." If there's no one to live for?
