Amber looked up from her book as Mike reentered. "Why? Did you like it that much?" She questioned with a small smile as she lightly leaned against his leg.
It was absolute bliss. Jay looked over at Lynn, his finger twirling and playing around with her hair. "No words to explain," Jay answered merely. It was a pretty awkward question, almost equivalent to commentating while doing it, but strangely Jay felt it was only right for him to reply to her question.

Mike's eyes flicked to his leg to make sure Amber really was touching him. Control. Mike smiled back and nodded. "Yeah. It's a really fresh song," Mike told her.
Lynn smiled at him and put her head on his shoulder. "Well. For me. It was way better than any time with Mr.Foreman," Lynn said bluntly, "I really love you."

"Alright then," she smiled briefly before singing once more.
"And you already know, well if you don't you do now; I love you Lynn, honestly," Jay told her murmuring the last bit into her.★ ғɑsт ғσʀωɑʀɗ ★

Mike couldn't keep himself awake. The movement of the bus made his head bob and made him feel sleepy He was out by the time they reached outside the city. He slept upright and slowly slide down and hit Amber's shoulder. Mike woke with a jump. "Ah, sorry about that Amber," he said, blinking away the sleep. In another few moments, he fell asleep again.
Lynn was shivering a bit. She had caught a cold. She glanced at Jay. She did not want him to find out. She instead feigned motion sickness. She leaned on Jay's shoulder, careful not to cough, pretending her headache was from the bus ride.

Amber smiled at her sleepy companion. She leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder so that when his head fell over again it'd land on her head and he'd remain sleeping due to the lesser falling distance. Looking out the window, Amber took in the sights as she wasn't that sleepy, way too excited for her own good. Soon they drove through a little village with lodge-like buildings, and a little bit more they reached their destination.
Jay stroked Lynn's hair adoringly as to soothe her illness away. He actually didn't expect her to get motion sickness, it just seemed so... not Lynn. But, then again, he didn't know everything about her.
As they pulled up to the drive-in entrance of the fairly impressive lodge, Mr. Schuester stood from his front seat. "Alright everyone we are finally here! Let's head in and settle in your rooms," Mr. Schuester explained before exiting the bus first.
Jay looked back at Lynn. "Looks like we're here, you doing alright?" Jay asked in concern, though smiled softly at her.
"Oi, Mikee~" Amber spoke sweetly in a soft, sing-song voice. He was sleeping so soundly she didn't want to bug him at all. Actually, she didn't even know how he was sleeping, especially since he let her borrow his coat 'cause she got cold. Amber blew cold air across his face, method two of waking someone nicely.

Lynn nodded for she felt a cough in her throat.
Mike stirred and opened his eyes to see Amber. "Oh, are we here?" he said croakily.

With a faint smile Jay stood from his seating helping Lynn up as they exited the bus and entered the foyer with their luggage. Since it was only a four day trip they didn't have much luggage. Some Glee members carried large bags or mini suitcases. Though, one thing common amongst all members would be the thrill to be given the opportunity to do something like this. It was going to be fun holidays for sure.
"Yup," Amber nodded smiling brightly. "Now hurry up and move! Time's a wasting." Since Amber sat in the inside seat she had to wait for Mike to leave before she could move too. Well, she could've just climbed over him, but his face was so darn peaceful that Amber really couldn't bug him.

Lynn located her own baggage and handed it to Jay. "Carry," she said, then suppressed a cough in her muffler. She followed everyone inside and as they passed her room, she took the bag from Jay and flopped down on her bed. She was tired. She just wanted to sleep. She was cold. Her head hurt.
Mike stood up and got both their bags. He swung it over a shoulder and took Amber's hand. "Hm, I wonder who I got paired up," Mike said aloud as Mr. Shuester was calling out the room numbers, "Oh, you're with Lynn." He walked with Amber to her room to drop off her stuff. "Let's go skiing," Mike grinned excitedly as he put Amber's bag on the bed, ignoring Lynn.

Jay departed leaving Lynn and headed to his own room. It was pretty cool especially since everyone's room was like lined up. The place looked pretty sweet too. Jay chucked his stuff in his room and sprawled himself out on the bed. Maybe he'll ask Lynn to go skiing with him. He believed a breath of fresh air would help her out.
"Skiing?" Amber blinked contemplating on the idea. She heaved her mini red suitcase off the bed and onto the side. "Oh? It seems like we'll be roomies Lynn," Amber spoke as a friendly greeting, then turned to Mike. "Sure, I'll meet you down there in ten minutes?"

Lynn crawled into her bed and curled up under the blankets. Ah, that was better.
Mike agreed and went to suit up and went down to the rental shop. He stood patiently as Amber came. He helped her get into her gear. They sat together on the ski lift. "You ever been skiing before?" he asked her as they rode up and up.

Jay got up out of his room and headed over to Lynn's just as Amber exited. He entered seeing Lynn all snuggled up. Quietly, he sneaked up on her pecking her cheek. "Hi there lovely, are you up for some skiing?" Jay smiled ruffling her hair.
Amber shook her head. "Nope, never. I don't really go out and do things like... this," she told him as she kept her eyes forwards. She did look down briefly before and it totally freaked her out. Now, she was looking straight out stiff like a statue. Truth was, it wasn't because looking down from the lift was a little scary, it was more because Amber was secretly a little scared of heights.

"Mm, uh. Okay," Lynn mumbled, slowly getting up. She was still dazed as she slipped on her boots and wrapped herself up. She half-asleep followed Jay to the rental area and made him dress her. "It seems you know what you're doing," Lynn commented as Jay finished strapping the skis onto Lynn's feet.
Mike noticed Amber's reaction when she looked down. "Could it be...you're scared of heights?" Mike asked, putting his arm around her shoulder.

"Alright! Let's go!" Jay cheered trying to be enthusiastic, though that was sort of difficult with his party seeming so... dead. The made way to the lift and seated Jay asked Lynn a question. "You aren't sick are you?" He asked carefully.
Amber shook her head. "Uh, no, it's just looks weird," she answered instead, but leaned to Mike. The ride was sort and they reach their stop, Amber leaped off stumbling and falling into the snow. Gosh, even standing was hard to do.

"What makes you think that. Just motion sickness you know. A little fresh air is good," Lynn smiled at him. She hadn't realize she was being very nice and soft-spoken with Jay. Maybe that was due to her sickness. They reached the top of the hill and Lynn began to ski down slowly, feeling the rush of the wind cooling her.
Mike laughed and helped her too her feet. He positioned himself in the proper stance and gestured her to follow. "Bend your knees. If you shift your body weight the skis will go where your shift it," Mike explained, then slid down a bit to show her," Keep your body straight and you can use your pegs to guide you."

Jay watched as Lynn glided down, she wasn't too bad. Heading down himself, Jay caught up with Lynn. "You aren't a first-timer are you?" Jay asked her as he glided alongside her.
Amber nodded her head having a vague feeling of déjà vu attack her. Nervously Amber tilted downwards, moving extremely slow, but gained a little speed due to the help of gravity. Mike glided around her, which was a little distracting and a bit more nerve-wracking than usual. The breeze swept past her as she started to gain wind. "Oh my god!" She cried toppling over suddenly and somehow managed to take Mike down along with her.
