I'm thinking that 'undead plagas' thing might make it much harder to kill zombies.

The plagas will be the first stage. We kill the plagas, but the T-Virus reanimates it. They'll be zombies with tentacles...

Agreed. But even if they decide to incorporate Las Plagas, I just hope they don't bring some really stupid enemies into the game such as El Gigante, or Saddler. Those two pissed me off the most because they were so anatomically illogical. Like, I can see a little kid being impressed by a huge monster growing out of a human in an instant, but RE4 wasn't made for kids.

It's Chris plain and simple, though I hope they bring back the (choose your characetr) element from the first 2 games. No matter what though I think every main character and side main characters will be involved no matter what in RE5, because it is going to be the conclusion. That's just what I'm thinking. About the things chasing the main character, they could be anything. You see how fast capcom pulled Plagas out of their a**, it could be a bunch of really hungry south american midgets! Odds are it takes place in South America too, maybe Wesker re-located far away from Europe or S.T.A.R.S.

I think the story takes place in somalia (east Africa), well thats what gamespy has and a few affiliated sites. Think they said a new character is introduced. I hope its not the guy from the teaser.

See, I would think it's a conclusion also. But it's not. You know why? Because Capcom said that Resident Evil 4 was going to start a new generation in Resident Evil. A new saga, so to speak. Hence the revamped control scheme. So if they start a new generation and end it with its second game it would be stupid. Oh no, I can see at least RE7.

Yea, I did remember the producer saying that they'll be adding more elements from the previous REs, but same control scheme.

True, but it could be ending the T-Virus saga. Which is absolutely blasphemous to RE, in my opinion. D: Yes, things change. RE4 was fun, but the idea of a parasite that's almost bigger than someone's entire torso (third and second Plaga types) bursting from someone's head is just... creepy. But that makes it all the more fun to take a shotgun to them. biggrin
