So, my girlfriend and I watch Episodes 4 - 6 before she left for vacation, and she was a fan of the series.
Today, we watched Episode 1, it was my first time watching since I was like, 10, and her first time....
It's just not good. Anakin's annoying. Jar Jar is annoying. It's pretty slow moving and could've been condensed... I just hope that my age didn't cloud my judgment on the remaining two.

French exchange student watched the whole star wars series in english and loved every bit of it, and when I tried to tell her why I only liked 4-6, she didn't understand a word I said D;
If I recall, Episode 3 is my favorite.
But out of the original, I really don't like the original a much as the sequels.
Empire starts and stops in a strange place, and was very well done. And Jedi had good music, lightsaber, and an almost-satisfactory ending.
Ehh... I can't really pick.
I've found that I like 'Knights of the Old Republic' and other extended lore better than the actual movies.
