Flan is trying very hard to be good. ^^ And that includes being less violent around people who can't handle her playing with them. Which is easier if she doesn't think of them as self-delivering food.

Rednal made the agreement with Flan, giving her his blood in exchange for good behavior. It would be exceptionally rude of him to go back on that and start making changes to the bargain at his own will, especially when it's so newly-formed. He's serious about helping her and wants to demonstrate that. ^^
