J of The Wind Orphie I am so tired and I just got up from a nap. ): Aww,I feel your pain. Naps are surprisingly exhausting. Like When I wake up I feel even more tired than when I fell asleep. =/ Really? Hm...
I can feel the return of my HP every time after an emergency nap.
When ya gotta sleep, ya gotta sleep.

Naps that are over 15-30 minutes will actually make people more tired than they originally were.

Shane-Cheshner Orphie Naps that are over 15-30 minutes will actually make people more tired than they originally were. ... I knew it.It's because people begin to fall into REM sleep cycles, which is what you go into when you go to sleep for the night. So it's like waking up halfway through the night and staying awake when you have a three hour nap.

Children despite their ignorance often look past the complicated things we see and make it simpler to understand I guess... Also That is exactly why I love naps, but I hate them at the same time... @ T- I assume youll be fine... just avoid windows and being plugged in too long I guess, eh lightbulb noggin? xd

Minus the complications. It makes things easier. Speaking of which, what's going on?
