Healers and Tanks are the people you respect xP No one cares about DPS.

xDDDDDD Oh god I know how that is
With my guild raiding, our "guild healer" was a 12 year old girl and she changed her spec (using guild bank money, may I add) like, once a week.
So this particular Kara run she decided she was going to be a Holy Paladin, and was HORRIBLE at it (the REAL guild healer was picking up all her slack without the title.) But after the "guild healer" had to log out because it was bedtime, there were like, three healing gear drops and the REAL healer got them all.
It was pleasing.
