In theory, yes. o wo She'd probably have fun, and she IS used to falling, so...

I just imagine her being fired from the cannon, with a loud "Neppuuuuuuuuuu...!" Fading as she flies away. XD

Exactly. XD Of course, she'll always land on top of Noire, so... if we put Noire right behind the cannon, will Nep circle the world?
