Nomega My knee hurts really badly and I have NO idea why. confused This one time I thought my balls were exploding from the inside, and it happened out of nowhere for no reason. I was just walking and then it was like "BAM THIS MUST BE WHAT TESTICULAR CANCER FEELS LIIIIIIIIKE" and I was on the ground, practically crying. Then it went away. Short version: I hate random pain.
