[Zahzi]

"Just don't blame me if you can't use your fingers tomorrow~"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"..."

"But aren't you the ones who'd be breaking them..?"  

[Zahzi]

"Now I never said that..." Gil said, looking over at Demi.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Laurent then pulled out a recorder, playing the moment Gil suggested breaking his fingers.  

[Zahzi]

"Let me rephrase that. I didn't say I would be doing it."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"No, but we know exactly to blame when you break poor Laurent's fingers." Demi said with a glare, crossing her arms over her chest.  

[Zahzi]

Gil looked over at her before lowering over to whisper.
"I'm only trying to scare him off, that's all..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Why..?" Demi whispered back, staring at him and blinking a few times. "He's not that bad of a guy!"  

[Zahzi]

"It's not him, but the doc, I know. But, if I know the doc well, he purposely chose Laurent because of your sense of mercy..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Demi then looked back at Laurent, then Gil, then back to Laurent and back at Gil again. "...Yeah, sure lets go with that."

"I don't think the psycho's giving much choice anyway Gil..."  

[Zahzi]

"Which is why I'll go easy on the kid..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Oh give the kid a break Gil." Demi whined, pouting her lip at him. "Give him a chance. Please~"  

[Zahzi]

Gil looked at her before giving a sigh.
"Fiiine..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Thanks Gil." Demi said, giving him a closed eye smile before patting his head.

"...Should I leave..?" Laurent asked, pointing his thumb over his shoulder.

"No, no! Stay. Gil decided to give you a chance, so you can stay."  

[Zahzi]

"...I'm gonna need a drink..." Gil groaned, walking off.
