Armored Core: The Final Push (Paused)

[Zahzi]

Jarid was silent, staring down at the water flowing under a bridge.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Jaaarriiiiid..." Kelly whined, crawling for him. "Whatcha doing?"  

[Zahzi]

No reply.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"JARID."  

[Zahzi]

Jarid looked over at her, his eyes bloodshot red, tears running down where his face was showing.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Aw... Why you crying, Jarid?" Kelly cooed, frowning up at him.  

[Zahzi]

"That number. Do you know what it signifies?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"How many bottles my Dad is going to break on my head?"  

[Zahzi]

"The number of lives I stole with one action."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Oh you mean the stupid Cradles?"  

[Zahzi]

"Just go away.." Jarid replied, sliding down onto the ground, his back on the railing separating him from the water.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Aw, don't be sad." Kelly whined, crawling closer to Jarid and setting her head down in his lap.  

[Zahzi]

"I KILLED those people, Kelly. They didn't ask to be apart of the bloodshed. I just decided for them to!"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"They were going to kill us, a number far greater, and without a care."  

[Zahzi]

"That doesn't justify the slaughter of millions of innocents."
