Meh. I dunno I wasn't feeling it THAT much, but it was mixed with some Red Bull. I mean I was just starting to get buzzed. Next time I'll try it straight up. I tend to be more careful with my drinking. You also have to remember that I don't drink to excess, unlike SOME people blaugh

Ayanami Rei First Child Meh. I dunno I wasn't feeling it THAT much, but it was mixed with some Red Bull. I mean I was just starting to get buzzed. Next time I'll try it straight up. Well I tried a glass of Absinthe, but I didn't care for the taste. But I'll keep that in mind if I drink multiple glasses of the yager stuff 3nodding

personally I enjoy a aqwa bomb, almost tasteless and for my light weight buddies easy on the stomach
Right now my favorite is a moduri (sp?) sour and for shots pineapple upside down shot

I have no idea what things you are talking about. If I get a mixed drink it would be Vodka and juice, or a Lemon Drop Martini that I love at Hard Rock Cafe.

The problem with shots and cocktails are that most are bar-specific, and don't really exist anywhere else...that's why I always try to get the recipe of any I like, since the names are usually made up and impossible to find...

I've heard of a Midori Sour - that's an old one...all of the others on this page can't be found...

As for absinthe, it tastes like licorice, same as Yager...so they mix well...the difference is that absinthe is twice as strong - it's peppier than most vodkas.

The absolute BEST drink I ever had was a Nutty Bear - it was only found at this one bar, but they stopped making it, so it no longer exists...

As I recall, it was a pina colada, mixed with amaretto and raspberry syrup - it was like a dessert, but actually had six shots hidden in it.

Actually when I tried Absinthe it tasted like a dirty diluted licorish taste. Yager on the other hand tasted like a more sweet licorish, but burned like nobody's business... sweatdrop
