Her skill in battle is quite high, although the main reason she hasn’t been promoted yet is because of her bad cat-like habits that can often cause her to be lazy, often taking a nap in the sun when she should be on patrol
Not to mention her IQ is… quite low…
And she’ll do almost anything so long as food is involved.
She has often been used as a moral booster due to her child like innocence and harmless nature, and on many occasions has been seen as the Embryon’s ‘Pet’
