((It's New Years already here, but Happy New Years Eve! ^^ But no, I'm not much of a New Years person. I honestly wasn't even planning on staying up till 12. I was just sitting at the computer when the clock stroke 12, though I didn't notice. I happened to glance at the clock when it was on 12, but not right as it was changing from 11:59 to 12. *shrugs* I'm thinking of making myself some popcorn and watching a movie though... that sounds nice. <3 Sorry you didn't do anything fun though. ^^;; ))
Zuko stopped once again where he was, though didn't turn to face Sokka. He could hear him come out of his room though, "I have no use for you." he said coldy, "But I am not wasting time returning you home. So you are free to escape if you wish to swim back, but do not even think about breaking your sister out. As long as you do not interfere with me or my crew, I couldn't care less what you do on this ship." he finally finished, continuing his walking pace once again.
((Katara was mean to Zuko; it was awesome! X3 Oh, but I'll stop with the spoilers now. ^^;; Please tell me when you watch it! biggrin ))

((Yea, I was thinking about watching the last six episodes of Host Club but I dunno. Right now I'm trying to draw Yami no Bakura... for some reason. I'm probably going to be off by 12... so I can pretend to be happy with my family. *scoff*))
Sokka couldn't put his finger on why, but this guys pompous attitude really irked him. He just wanted to smack the guy, put him in his place. They had to be around the same age... and yet the ebony haired teen spoke as if he was the king of the world.
"And that's all you are going to say? You are just going to walk away?" Was what spilled out of Sokka's mouth. He immediately regretted the words the moment they left his lips.
((^^;; It's okay. It was obviously very good.))

((Yeah, I think I'll get off around the same time to watch Will and Grace... (though that would be 1:00 AM for me. ^^;; ) My parents are already asleep.))
Zuko turned to face Sokka, "Yes, that is exactly what I am going to do." he spat out, glaring down at the other, "If you have a problem with that, I will be sure to take the liberty of ending it for you." he warned.

((Oh, I'm sorry you got in a fight dear. D: My New Year is starting to go pretty crappy too. My sister has gone missing and my mom's freaking out thinking her boyfriend did something to her. I'm kind of nervous too, but I'm not that close to my sister anymore so it's not bothering me as much as my poor mom...))
"Yes." Zuko replied, seeming annoyed that Sokka was asking such an obvious question.
((Me too. gonk I didn't have a particular site I got the information from; I googled it and everywhere was saying different things... I just watched it on avatar-manga.com I think was the site...
That comic is... amazing... O_o *hugs* And looking at this person's other works, I've realized I've seen a lot of their things before, like the Zuko dancing and the Zuko making Iroh tell him that he's pretty. XD;; (though the latter I saw on Y-Gallery...) But that first part of the comic really was something Sokka said in the episode. XD))

"Right. Sorta figures... Heh.. well I guess you can be bossy and not be leader, but that doesn't usually go over well with fellow crew members..." His voice trailed off and he scratched his chin akwardly, "Uh.. so, I'm gonna go into my room now. And do uh.. tribesman... things..." The hand moved to his neck and he rubbed it as he gazed down to the floor.
((Well, I did end up watching it actually. ^^ But I actually found Sokka annoying... and Katara even moreso. Made me love Zuko and Toph more though. ))

Ah, but did you like the episode?! X3 I'm sooo happy Zuko joined the group! I've been waiting for that since almost the first episode! <3 I always knew Zuko would teach Aang Firebending...
Sokka annoyed you? o.o Howso? I thought he was kind of cute in it. ^^;; I can see how Katara did... I was kind of sad at how she treated Zuko, but at the same time I think he did deserve it, and it was more fuel against Zutara... only thing I didn't like about it is that Katara was more letting her feelings interfere for how Zuko betrayed them last time than anything... it wasn't like she was being cautious, just upset. It felt like a repeat of the Jet incident. D: But I like Toph even more now. <3 And I *loved* Zuko's impersonations of Iroh and Azula! XD))

Sokka pouted a bit before shuffiling back into the room. Stupid Fire Captain.. or whatever he called himself.
((*sigh* Been meaning ta tell ya this... but I don't think I can pull of a seme Sokka without going extremely OOC. And I geuss that's all fine and dandy but considering your roleplaying style and mine... dunno how that gives us much of any kinda relationship. x_x;;
And I dunno, I have a feeling Zutara fans will be all over that scene... the whole love/hate scene... *grunt*
I bought book 1 and 2 in completion today. I was looking for YGO but since I didn't find it I just caved in and dished out 100 bucks for these DVDs. Can't wait to rewatch book 1... totally forgot about it. x.x ))

Zuko went back into his own quarters. The soldiers had already cleaned up the water bowl and everything, so the room was once again quite empty. He looked up at the double-edged swords displayed on the wall, letting out a small sigh as he thought about the pair of swords, and then of the pair of siblings. He had thought he had captured two Waterbenders, and had been dissapointed with that, but then to find out there was actually only one... and the other sibling was just taking up space, being useless... nothing seemed to be going as planned...
((Seriously? :/ Well... I can't really argue if you don't see seme Sokka the same way I do... but if you really feel you see him as more of an uke, then there's a few ways we can do this:
One: Continue as is and see how things turn out
Two: Play Sokka as uke and Zuko as seme (I really suck at playing seme, but I have managed to pull it off before, and it should be a bit easier with Zuko's demanding personality; not sure about you as an uke though ^^; )
Three: Switch characters (I could personally live with that)
It's your choice hun, since I'm pretty much content with whatever. ^^;; I still see Sokka as more of a seme though. o.o I mean... just think of how protective he is of Katara and Aang, and how he's intelligent and often leads and comes up with plans. I dunno. *shrugs* I could see him as a seme or an uke, and same with Zuko.
As far as I see it with Zutara, haf the fans will be confused and wonder why Katara is attacking the 'love of her life,' while the other half will think, "OMG they hate each other therefore they're in love!!!1" Okay... so I'm pretty much guilty of the latter as far as Puppyshipping goes but... that's different! >_>;; Because um... they hate each other almost to a point of infactuation, where's Katara is just pissed at Zuko for being a jerk, and Zuko's pretty much indifferent to Katara... okay, I'll shut up now. XD;;
Oh, you got those? o.o Awesome! X3 I've been considering getting them, but they're so damn expensiiiive...! gonk I mean, that's like over $2 an episode! D: I got DBZ and Teen Titans season boxsets for less than $1 an episode! (DBZ averages around 35 episodes for $30, and Teen Titans is 13 episodes for around $10) But book one rawks because it has Zhao in it! X3 He's still teh bestest villain evvar. <3))

Sokka frowned, not honestly wanting to return to the dull square that made up presumably his room. After walking back inside of it, he decided to exit and explore the ship a bit more. He also needed to find Katara and get her out. But... maybe it would be better to get to know the crew on this ship first. If he could befriend them, somehow, than maybe he could get her out of this mess.
((Well, I don't want to do anything just yet... I mean, we are still just starting, I could end up changing my opinion. I don't want to burden you when I don't have a firm opinon on the matter yet. However it has been on my mind for awhile now; I usually put a lot of thought into the characters I roleplay as and I try to see teh world from their perspecitve. I've been watching avatar reruns to try to figure out a character to build for my portrayal of Sokka and I just.. I haven't felt able to find a comfortable style that suits both him and me. I played Otogi for the first time with you and it automatically felt natural, I play him in my other roleplay as well and it just keeps getting more natural for me. I'm not sure if I'm in character, hell, I never am, but it feels right; just how I feel right about playing Malik and all icky when I try to play Jounouchi. Not that I don't love him, I just can't adjust myself to playing his character without feeling like I am forcing him. Which isn't cool dude. x_x
I'm sorry, I'm being difficult. -.- Just thought I'd fess up about my thought process lately. Uhm, yea.
But the more I've been thinking about it... I dunno, the whole ZukoxSokka pairing.. I fell in love with it because it had a similar feel as Irateshipping. And yea, Zuko is insecure probably even moreso than Sokka but he is also an aggressor while Sokka is more analytical. So... I dunno, Sokka might be able to realize his feelings sooner, but I dunno how
And, no I won't make you play seme. I mean, our styles work together well, partically because of the balance we have. Yea, I'm a bit controlling and pushy and your style is really submissive yet strong and that is why it can kinda work. So, for now, let's just keep going with things the way they are... just thought I'd express myself is all... -.-
As I said, I'm still trying to find character, so maybe if I do I'll figure out how this can work. ^^;; I do look forward to playing Toph. I have pretty good expectations for myself as to her, and I'm pretty sure I can play the b***h, Azula. ^^; Bitchy and stubborn suits me too well sometimes.))

Zuko tossed over onto his side, staring at a wall angrilly, as if said wall had caused all of his problems. He rose a hand up, feeling the rough scar tissue surrounding his left eye, wishing it would feel like normal skin again. He felt terrible, like he was some selfish person who only cared about his own problems, and he knew he was also... but he tried to hide his feelings of guilt, deciding to focus only on capturing more benders. His thoughts on his own morals could wait until he was back home with his honor.
((Yeah, I can see what you mean. I seem to be... absolutely terrible at playing Yami no Matsuei characters for some reason... ^^;; They're always so OoC, shallow, boring, and one-dimensional... every Yami no Matsuei character I play... *sigh* Don't know why, but I definitely understand what you mean about not meshing with characters. I also don't play a very good Kaiba... XP But yeah, guess we'll just give it some time then. I'm sure things will work out either way.
And it's okay to be difficult. It shows you put thought into the characters you play, much more than I do, and it shows you care about what you write. I think that's awesome. ^^

Sokka hummed innocently as he poked his head into each of the open doors of the ship. This vessel was huge! It was amazing. He wondered if the piolet would tell him how the thing ran. That'd be neat. Although, they probably all hated him at this point for being a water bender. Still, knowlege should be shared within each nation. Even if the fire nation was mostly compiled of assholes.
((Watch Sokka become BFF's with Iroh.
I geuss it's a matter of finding what characters suit the individual. I shouldn't complain because roleplaying Malik makes me so super happy I should suck up my pride and go with any other character. x_x; Unfortunatly, I can't. *sigh* I'm so selfish.
But, thanks... you made me feel a little better. I just try to to become one with the character sorta. Which probably tells you about my personality a bit more. *laughs* I'm a good person, I promise! XD;
Annnd somebody has a hidden obsession for Zhao. I'm indifferent because I can't remember him! GAH. I'll have to watch Season 1 soonish then, just to refresh my memory.
Why am I hungry at this hour!? So hungry... *sneaks off to raid kitchen* ))

Feeling restless, Zuko quietly got up from bed, deciding to do a bit of training. He headed into the hallway, then began making his way towards deck.((XD I could see that. But... but isn't the point of roleplaying to have fun? D: I mean, if you have more fun playing Malik, then by all means, play Malik! Girl... I don't have a hidden obsession for Zhao... It's a completely open obsession with him. X3 He's mah homeboy. Honestly though, I just think he make a much better villain than Azula because he's such a flawed main villain. biggrin He's powerful and scary in his own way, yet he's a loser and has a lot of realistic problems with his character, like not being able to control the strength of his bending. And he has this... sexual tension to him too, like he could just one day snap and become a rapist... I could totally see him raping Zuko. *nods wisely* WABAM!!))

Man, where was the control room of this thing? Or at least a map. He wished he could track down that scar faced guy and ask him.
"Control room? Where are you!?" He shouted. "Hm... if I was a control room, where would I be..." He ran his hands along the walls of the hallway, looking for some sort of a sign.
((Yea... I dunno, I feel happier when I'm comfortable with a character. ^^;; And then I have more fun. <3
Confession: B-but I mostly chose Sokka so that you could have Zuko... erm.. I mean, we both like him so, it wouldn't be fair for me to snag him up. I love Malik so damn much I'm not going to be choosy, I already get to play Malik with you and not only that but you kindly offered to do an Irateshipping roleplay with me. I wanted to give back to you. x_x;
Uhm, and yea, I don't like Azula really. I think she is such a b***h but it will be fun to roleplay. And geez, I can't believe I hardly remember Zhao. O_O; Hehe yay Zuko rape.))
