Rini froze, her heart skipping a beat, as Luna's clone spoke. She stared at the small red book, eyes glazing over slightly as her chest tightened. She knew. Luna knew. The girl licked her lips, trying to come up with some sort of reply, but it was as if her voice had vanished. She swallowed, paling slightly. What did Luna think of her? Did this mean she was going to be dropped from the shinobi program? Hundreds of possibilities ran circles in her head as she fumbled to catch the scroll the clone tossed to her. She hardly even noticed when Luna left. Oh, kami. What was she going to do now?

The genin's gaze suddenly focused and darted over to where Saotome was working with Neo. Had they heard that? Was Saotome included in the 'we'? Her feet shifted slightly, breath catching in her chest. Luna's words continued to circle in her head. Mental stability: somewhat weakened. Somewhat weakened. Clutching the scroll to her chest, Rini quickly turned on her heel and hurried out of the garden and dojo area. At first, she was not sure where she was going, but soon she realized that her feet were carrying her to the Bravenheart Dojo -- a place that had become something of a sanctuary.

If she was going to have a one-on-one chat with Luna, she definitely wanted it to take place there, where no one else would overhear.

Saotome was still watching the progress of Neo. He was going to make sure that he had the technique down. As for Rini, he noticedher take off, which was fine with him. I also was looking around to see that the sun was shining pretty nice today. He was ready to train his student so that he can be ready for the chunnin exams.

Neo breathed in, while he took a relaxed position standing up again, and looked toward Saotome. He asked "How'd that one go dad?" with a certain naiveness, and happiness.

Sammy was still in his shoulder just trying to understand everything that was going on, but it seemed the only thing the little iguana could understand was that Saotome was their new father.

Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique)
Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.

Neo takes the scroll, and looks at it. GAHH!! Genjutsu? Looks like it... damnit I've never done this before! he breathes in deeply, trying to relax as he's never done this before, so he concentrates as best as he can, while Sammy on his shoulder, only there for support looking at the scroll as well. Neo gets his head closer to the scroll, and his head even hurts from trying to read it so much after a while. He grabs his head, but keeps reading it carefully.

He stands up, and does the handsigns for the jutsu, intenting to give it a first try, but he's so frustrated that this seems so hard, and does nothing. "Brain fart..." he says lowly as he fails his first time, not even doing anything. He sits down again, and even rests his body on the floor, looking it like looking to the ceiling, weirdly. There he was with his head about to blow up, and trying to get how this works. "I don't get it..." he slowly whispers as he reads.

"I see that you looked flustered Neo. I think before you can understand the jutsu, you need to experinence it. Watch and do as i instruct."

Saotome had took the scroll and performed the Handsigns needed. After doing so he casted the genjutsu on Neo."You have to Learn "KAI" evenuatlly, but you cannot learn that yet. As you can see, more and more of my clones are showing up..."Clone of oil that take the form of Saotome are showing up, one by one."They can attack you, but as long as you are stuck in the genjutsu, you cannot harm them. I want you to go up to one and stab it with your kunai, even cut through it."

Neo noded as he took out his kamas and did as he was told. He tried to cut through one, and it was like cutting butter, when he launched his attack to slice the clone, and when he cut it, it just repaired back. Hmm... I see, somehow these supposed "genjutsu" is like making illusions to trap your opponent in a mind game thought Neo as he saw this jutsu at work, and even experienced it. He looked around at every one of the clones, as he got momentum to slice one, and then passed it over his head, and pulled with his right hand to slice another, and nothing happened to them. They just repaired and kept going. "I think i get it, dad. Seems complicated though, but I think I get it." said Neo determined to try it again.

"Though how will I know it works, and on who do I try it on?" Asked Neo intentively to learn, and since he was puzzled as to how he wouild really experiment with this jutsu, and learn it.

"Its complicated yes, but the truth is, you have to understand what genjutsu is about."He then dimissed the clones."Now how you know it will work is you can summon clones out when you cast it. This jutsu should not be used directly, but should be casted on the user. They will attack your oil clones, to realize they cannot die. They wont be focused on the fact that they are ina genjutsu."

"Well, I think I get how it works, the problem now is... to see if I can do it." said neo lowly, as he looked down and prepared himself to try again. This time Sammy amplified Neo's genjutsu, helping Neo by using his own tiny body's chakra. Neo felt this small boost, which would make his flow of chakra much better, and relaxed. he calmed his mind first by breathing in deeply, and exerting his breath softly as he could. He just was standing up normally, and relaxed, and did the handsigns for this jutsu.

One by one, as Neo felt the power boost through his body, the clones started to rise, and more and more appeared. Neo wasn't even with his eyes open to realize this. He was just relaxed and focusing on what sensei said to cast the genjutsu directly to the user.

When he finally opened his eyes, he had made a very moderate amount of clones with this genjutsu. Though not many but a moderate 8 clones . He smiled, and pet Sammy's head. "Thanks" he said to the little iguana as he pet Sammy's head, and smiled at Saotome sensei. "I still need more practice, but I'll keep improving on it dad!" he said very content.

"Ah good. Practice is needed to make this genjutsu work. I had to practice this genjutsu alot to get as many clones as i needed. Alrighty i think we are going to move on to the next jutsu, so good?"

Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Neo nodded, and thought Hmm... another Water Manipulation Jutsu. It should be easier now that I know the proper control of one genjutsu at the very least. Neo seemed to be better at controling his chakra after the first use and understanding of a genjutsu. He took the scroll, and sat down like always. This time to rest a bit, he lay his back on the floor, and looking up at the scroll, he read it carefully, and how the chakra control should be. This didn't seem so hard, but he wanted to make sure he understood it correctly.

Neo put the scroll aside with Sammy in his shoulder still. Then he stood up, and did the proper handsigns for this jutsu, though not so speedily, and gave it a first try. On his right hand water accumulated, but only made a whip type of weapon, and it didn't even properly hit, not scratch. Then the water dissolved again into the mist.

Neo breathed in deeply, and took a stance on his second try, and made a katana-like sword this time. It seemed like a non sharp one, and he even tried it out on a wall, and it was blunt when he tried to cut. On his third try, he did the handsigns faster, and made another katana like the one before, but this one had more sharpness. He tried it out and cut a bit deeper in the wall.

He then dissolved the water again, and naively asked "It's not very good huh sensei?"

"Your doing better. I am kinda proud of how far you are getting. We need to make sure you can defend youself. well one thing for sure is, i think you should take a break. You have been training and training, and learned alot of jutsu. Wanna take a break?"

Neo looked at his hands, and they were already trembling from how they hurt. Neo nodded, and answered "Definitely dad. I didn't notice how low my chakra was running. Though I can use the reserve in the Sakanagare (Neo's weapon) if you want me to keep going. Also Sammy can amplify my jutsu to help me." he asked, since he didn't really want his father to think he was weak, and since Neo has always been very dedicated and persistent.

Saotome was kinda tired too. But he really wanted something to eat." I think you should defently take a break. You need you make sure you keep your OWN chakera reserves up and going. So i think we shoudl go out to each, or we can make something. What do you want to do?" He wanted to relax and not overpush the training.

Neo smiled, and stood up quickly, yelling "Yahoo!! Let's make something to eat here. I've never tasted your cooking." Then he ran to the living room, and threw himself lazily at the couch, while Sammy went running out of the house quickly in search of something in the woods.
