According to the manga/anime any technique classified A-rank is a Jounin level technique. I think I know why he thought that. The very first tim they where talking about missions they explained who can take on what type of mission. Genin's usually take D/C-ranked Mission's. Chuunin usually take C/B-ranked. Jounin-B/A. And Kage A/S. But that doesn't mean both A ranked and S ranked techniques are the same thing. Or in other words. That doesn't mean they are both Kage level techniques.}}

Tera punched right through the walls of the office and then glared at Darion.
"I never gave permission for you to take that eye!" Tera said as her clay dragon circled the office from above. With a handseal it crashed on top of the office and roared.
"Shukuchi (Reduced Earth)" she said with two quick seals and suddenly she seemed to vanish, she moved so quickly that the floor bellow her cracked and in a split second she was in front of Darion about to punch him. She also prepared a hanseal in her other hand.
((Scrapples I'll fix the office given the time I just have to kill a little thief first. Darion you dont want to get punched by a medic. ))
Darion has his Sharingan activeated at the time so Darion swiftly side stepped and dodged punch then the gaint drill he had turned into a small little drill."UGH!Ill give it back after i promise i have business to attend to.I'm sorry but after im done what im doing i promise to give you the Bykugan back.Please juts let me keep it for a while"Darion said as he made a clone to stay there and then dissappeared into a gust of wind with his wind intantransmission."Tera please let us borrow it well give it back we promise!"The clone said as it took out a jar of presrvitives."see ill give you this to put it in when The real me is done with his things!" ((no not really, you have to do better then that, thats like saying you could get away while using an s rank jutsu destroying a village and escaping with that at the same time, so it's not bull crap, can i remind you that this is a rp forum so dont ooc here. just redo your post Darion.))

Hiro put the pendant on his Tanto, He did one handsignand it sunk it to the wood tanto. Only the mist insignia could be seen on it.
