I don't think most of the new ones I've seen look bad, but I'm sorry, I hate that water starter. It's not nostalgia. That thing is ugly.

The grass one is probably one of the best starters I've seen though. I'd definitely pick him if I got this game.

If I do end up getting it, I am gonna get the otter just because I think he has better evolution potential, and the evolved forms are the ones I spend most of the game looking at anyway.

I am thinking along the lines of grumpig, and that just really puts me off that whole evolutionary line. If they do make it awesome, I will change my choice.
