O_O At the moment, I don't think it'd be possible for her, anyway -- not until she's got better control of her corrupted chakra, that is. If she were to become pregnant, the corrupted chakra (which pretty much eats any other chakra it comes in contact with) would probably consume the new life before anyone even knew it was there. Thus, no life.

Later, when she's more in control of her nature, it might be possible. Not now, though.
