Blaire is a born leader. She knows just how to take charge, and get things done. No one expects Blaire to be able to sing, but when the time comes she is always ready.

I didn't have enough time to color, so here's a description!
Blaire mostly wears green. Her coat is a dark green, and the collar is a lighter lime. The tie on her sleeve is red, and the tie on her helmet is brown. Her helmet matches the same green on her coat. Her skirt matches her coat, the stripe is lime green, and the rest is dark green. The pants are greenish brown. Her boots are black with tan bows, and finally her hair is a dark chocolate brown.

I want to thank you all for entering and really giving your best! We've so many good entries and I've totaled up those who followed the rules completely. Now all that's left is the extremely hard part. The judging! But no worries we'll try to get this done as quickly as accurately as we can. I honestly feel like making even more gold to award more winners because I feel like really more than one person deserves the grand prize. Sadly but so I'm not sure if I can make thaaaaat much gold in such a short amount of time. I've only got enough to award the winners, along with the 50k that everyone else will be getting for trying. (With every new entry I've been scrambling to make more which I feel that I've got enough. A little over 4 million.) You all have really amazed me with so much creativity. There were some that really melted my heart, some that really made me say "Wow!", and even more so some that I felt could really be a vocaloid with such style and personality. I'm really happy with the way this contest turned out, though I have to say I've gotten in way more entries than I thought. For some odd reason I was thinking more along the lines of ten to twenty people, but boy was I waaaaay off! You guys are all awesome and I hope I can come up with more contests in the future. This was really a blast!
