Well... So far none of what Riyo had expected had been right. Especially when dust bunnies SCATTERED EVERYWHERE.

Eyes widening, she knocked one of them off of her hat before rushing over to grab a jar. "C'mere you little shits." It was an assignment, and as stupid as she thought it was, Riyo was going to complete it come hell or high water.

Hey, that was actually a pretty good expression for this. Lifting up the small glass prison, the feline aimed for the ones who were dusting up the things on her desk.

As soon as the dust bunny managed to narrowly escape the cold and unforgiving jar, Riyo had flashbacks to open house and the cannon cat incident. Oh no. She would not be made a fool of again!

Eyes narrowing, the ghoul saw one of them mocking her... Or at least she thought it was mocking her. With one swift movement, she scooped the little b*****d up in the jar and threw on the lid.

"Who's laughing now?" She asked it with a cruel grin.

The horse boil was seeing his classmates catch their dust bunnies left and right. Holding his jar firmly but not too tightly, he suddenly darted forward, the hand with the jar swiftly shooting forward to successfully scoop into it one dust bunny. "Two more to go!" he grinned, placing the lid on the jar but not quite screwing it completely shut.

Maritess narrowed her eyes at her lower half. "Stamping your feet? Oh how mature of you. I wasn't aware I severed all my childishness when we parted. Then again, I must have kept all of my talents as well. You would probably mess this up. Like you did when you "disappeared," she gave the pair of legs a condescending grin that came with teeth and used air-quotes at the word disappeared.

Legs would have narrowed her eyes back, if she had any. Instead, she decided to mimic the actions of her savior (Christof) and proceeded to stomp down on a dust bunny that had managed to get away from another student. Stockinged feet felt dust escape beneath her sole together with solid wriggling. She jutted her hip out at Tess as if to say b***h, please.

The winged ghoul only sniffed in disdain before retrieving the flattened dust bunny and dropped it into the jar. "Dumb luck, you wouldn't be able to do it again."

From the corner of his eye, Petro spotted a dust bunny creeping too close. The lid of the jar was off and in a flash, the single dust bunny now had company!

At Tess' challenge, Legs swayed her hips. Oh she knew when she was being worked on with the whole reverse psychology schtick. She is Tess' lower half and therefore knew all about her parents' tricks. Needless to say, Legs wasn't cooperating. In fact, she was even trying to block Tess from going after the bunnies as well.

"We have an assignment!" Tess hissed, sorely tempted to smack the jar against Legs' hip.

The reaper was just…enthralled watching and listening to Savage speak about slippers and beds and things under beds. Hel sat up in her seat with Savage suddenly yelled the possibility that there could be something special about the slippers and her dual eyes narrowed as she regarded them. Something…special? She leaned over her desk once more, grossly curiously, when the professor kneeled by the bed, her eyes widening and waiting for the big reveal…

Oh, it was a big reveal alright!

Hel immediately leapt to her feet as the dust bunnies exploded, an arm immediately whipping out to smack a few of them away from her as her expression turned into a wide grin and her wings fluttered with excitement. A challenge, and a battle! A battle to put these little beasts into the jars! She barely made out Savage’s instructions over the sudden chaos, and leapt over a few students and desks to reach the other side of the room where the jars where. The valkyrie stuffed a few into her apron pockets and immediately whipped around, ready to catch her first victim.

The ghoul took off after the nearest one, which thought it could escape her by running under a desk, wrong! The reaper wasted no time in just slamming her steel plated boot into the desk, flipping it over as she then descended upon the fluff ball like a fly on potato salad. The reaper laughed loudly as she capped the cork on the jar, staring at her first trophy admiringly before stuffing it into her apron and pulling out an empty jar.

One down and two more to go! Hel was still grinning widely as she immediately chased another one down an aisle, rolling or jumping over other students in her attempts to catch the dust bunnies. Hel saw and felt nothing else but the thrill of the hunt right now, as she towered over the dust bunnies with her hands outstretched. So preoccupied with the fluff ball right under her feet that she failed to notice she was on a collision course. The dust bunny ran smack dab into a wall, and Hel followed, cursing lightly as she smacked against it and bounced off of it.

The reaper rubbed her nose with her palm, glaring as she searched for her victim. Oh, don’t say it got away! A bit of movement caught her eye, and looking down, Hel found the dust bunny pretty flattened against her chest. Oh well! Hel’s grin returned as she peeling the dust bunny off of her apron and deposited it into the jar, pocketing that one as well before pulling out her last empty jar.

Looking around for his last bunny, Tro couldn't help but grin at the valkyrie's streak of successes. "'S a good catch y' got there, Hel!" he complimented. This sudden show of being distracted was, in fact, a decoy. An act meant to lower the guard of the dust bunny trying to pretend it wasn't there near the tikbalang's foot. His heel rose and came down quickly, pressing just enough of his weight to pin the creature but not harm it (the way some of the other students had).

Speaking of the other students, Petro quickly and securely screwed the jar's lid on before approaching Lattice. He'd only managed to catch the latter bits of the engraver's encounter with the wrath demon and saw how the others made sure she was alright. But he wanted to be certain she was alright for himself. He did promise her and her sister after all.

Approaching the ghost ghoul (while avoiding the other students who were still trying to catch their quota), he asked with a smile, "How're y' holding up, Lattice?"

"Will you get out of the way?" Tess hissed at Legs.

Legs simply turned around and purposely jutted her rear at Tess.

The winged ghoul's face was turning a very, very angry shade of red at her lower half's antics.

Hel whipped around, cackling wildly as the thrill of the chase and winning coursed through her. She was unstoppable! She was the best! She was owning this current assignment! The ghoul felt incredibly proud that she seemed to be having little to no trouble, especially as she glanced at some of her fellow students only to find the dust bunnies giving them a run for their seeds.

No time to gloat yet though! She still had one more to catch! Her last one.

The valkyrie sped back down an aisle again, her wings a flutter as she quickly closed in on her final victim. This dust bunny saw the way she had easily taken care of its comrades but it still tried fleeing for its life, despite how pointless it may be. You had to give the dust bunny some credit it, as it weaved in and out of turned desks, at least is was trying, and it was the thought that counted. But it didn’t slow Hel down, as she either leapt over desks or flipped them in her efforts to catch this final one. She had her sights set on it; no other one would be worthy enough to fill the final jar!

It was a worthy game, but alas, it was time to call this the end of the journey.

“Gardyloooooo!” Hel howled victoriously as she lunged at the dust bunny, swiping her arm out at it and capturing it within her jar. The reaper then stood tall and proud with the jar held above her head as she grinned widely. She then stuffed that jar into her apron and made her way back over to her desk, which had gotten flipped in the chaos. The ghoul righted it and then flopped into her seat, where she tossed her head back and laughed loudly, still in her victory throes.

Maritess was losing her temper. But she didn't want to outright explode. Not in public where everyone could see her at least. Even though no one really chided her for the strings of profanity she'd let loose upon getting drenched, she didn't want to risk a reprimand. So she decided to simply remove herself from the situation. That is, she went to the other side of the classroom while Legs' attention was elsewhere.

Christof peered under his boots, brows furrowed in concentration- that last stomp seemed to have done the trick as both boots were covered in a cake of dust underneath. Success! Victoriously, he carefully scraped the dazed bunnies into his jar, positively beaming as he looked around to see how the other students were faring.

When Legs realized she'd been left to her own devices, rather than trying to help Tess pass the class, she decided she'd rather mingle.

When the winged ghoul felt she was far enough away from her annoying, formerly lost lower half (and thinking she'd be better off it Legs had stayed lost) she set to work trying to meet the required number of dust bunnies.

Maybe it was frustration that helped boost her speed because when she swooped down, she managed to snag one and roughly shoved it into the jar.

There was something to be said about being properly motivated when it came to doing a task. And right now, Tess' motivation to catch these dust bunnies was being driven by her desire not to throttle her lower half. Imagining this last one to be said body part, she managed to grab it (perhaps a tad too tightly) before shoving it roughly into the jar with the other three.

There were bunnies everywhere.

and they took a liking to Damien's poncho. The hound let out a sharp yelp as the bunnies undressed him out of the plastic covering and started to use it as a trampoline.

This is when the green highlighted hellhound decided to get the jump on them. Literally, he jumped up and over the desk to commit a sneak attack.

"DEMI POUNCE!" the childish boil hollered out and brought the jar down on of the less alert bunnies and snapped the lid on. "Surprise!" he beamed out and put the jar next to its neighbor so the the two slipper creatures could wallow in pity.

Yes. For some reason looking at that single dust bunny in her clutches restored the feline's confidence. No, this wouldn't be like the cannon cats. She wouldn't be run down and worn out like before.

Now which one would be her next target? The one attacking her pant leg sounded like a good option. "Filthy vermin." She hissed, Momentarily reopening the jar to scoop up another.
