Unfortunately for Dragon, the remainder of their lunch had been ruined by children picking through it and ants taking the rest. Phoebe reached for the basket, sighing in disappointment and setting it aside. He shrugged, holding out one hand and trying for Dragon's hand. "I want to lay on you," he said simply, tilting his head just so the sun punched through the foliage and touched his brilliant red hair.

Frost blue eyes filled with their own amount of depression when he saw the grim remains of their food. It wasn't like he ate much of it anyway. He could have a drink now and then, and maybe even some fruit, but his stomach would rumble with a need for meat that that food simply couldn't bring.
Dragon looked up when he felt something against his hand and instantly stiffened when he heard Phoebe's request. "Wh-Wh-What?" he stammered, turning beet red. "H-How would you do that?" he asked.

Phoebe smiled and held up their hands. "Just watch." It took a little maneuvering and plenty of reassurance, but soon enough, the former beast was laying on the Wendigo's lap, hands still clasped and resting over his rapidly beating heart. He moved up a little, so that his shoulders were also on the male's lap, then blushed nervously. "Is this okay?" he asked quietly.

Dragon blushed deeply in the new position they were in. Both of their heartbeats were beating so quickly that he wasn't sure which he was hearing in his ears. Gazing down at Phoebe, the host seemed like an angel, smiling so beautifully at him with the sunlight reaching down to his face.
"I-It's okay." he nodded while gulping nervously. "A-Are you comfortable?"

A blush as red as Phoebe's hair heated up the Wendigo's face. "Th-Then I'm h-happy, too!" he said and smiled down at the lord. "I'm with my true love, Phoebe." he giggled almost childishly. It felt strange, though. He never had anyone lay down on his lap before, mainly because everyone would always leave before that could happen, and he didn't want to linger on that thought anymore. The closest he's ever gotten was having a cat walk towards him, but it hissed when it smelled his Wendigo side and ran away. Phoebe's head was light, and warm against him. It was comfy - cute, even! He wouldn't mind doing this more often.

The redhead giggled with delight as his happiness was returned in kind, excited that he'd finally found someone to love who didn't care about his shortcomings. The picnic went on without another hitch, and Phoebe spent it all in the company of the man he loved. They spoke of art, literature, and even television, although Phoebe wasn't as well-versed in it as Dragon. They spoke of the present and the future, releasing the past and choosing not to dwell on what might have been. The two were so content in each other's company that, by the time they realized that the picnic was about to end, the sun was beginning to set.
Phoebe sat up and smiled at Dragon, leaning closer to touch his cheek tenderly. "Dragon... Will you sleep in my room with me tonight?" he asked, eyes wide with hope. "I-I understand if you don't want to do anything yet, but... I'd like to sleep close to you for once." He bowed his head, cheeks tinted red in nervousness.

Dragon didn't even notice how much time had passed. It seemed as if all the hours left in the blink of an eye! He looked around, grass green eyes watching people pack up and walk away, hands holding those of their children's or lovers, then he looked down at Phoebe. Dim gray eyes widened at the request. "S-Sleep w-with you?" he stammered, his mouth becoming a squiggle at how nervous the very idea made him. Being close to Phoebe was nice, but even someone as innocent as the demon knew that things happened when couples slept in the same bed.
... He wasn't sure what those things were, exactly, but still.
Then again, he just couldn't say no to those sweet eyes...
"I-I don't mind." he answered and nervously rubbed the back of his head.

Phoebe raised his eyes to gaze into those ever-changing ones, unable to suppress his smile. He leaned closer to set his hands on Dragon's shoulders and bounce a little on his knees. "I'm so happy," he grinned, quickly standing to his feet and holding out his hand for Dragon's hand. "I-I had some bed clothes prepared for our first night in the same bed, but they're too big now. I could wear them, but I'll look kind of stupid." Perpetually pink cheeks were decorated with a dimple as his shy smile widened ever so slightly. "I had some made just for you too."

His own clothes might be too big on Phoebe, and he wasn't sure if he'd just hurt Phoebe's feelings by offering his custom made clothes to him, but he didn't want to sleep next to Phoebe naked! H-He'd see things!

Grass green eyes glanced upward at the mention of rain, and sure enough he saw clouds threatening to cover the sun, bringing a slightly cool breeze with it. As he gazed up, he let his thoughts drift like the clouds, trying to picture what Phoebe would look like with such large clothes on. That beautiful face blushing as his only article of clothing, a shirt, went down to his knees like a dress. Dragon bit his lip and quickly looked over to the real Phoebe to keep himself focused, following him quickly.

Phoebe chattered gleefully as they walked up the stairs, excited about their first night. He was close to vibrating in pure anticipation, and once the doors were closed to his room, he rushed into the closet, returning with two stacks of bedclothes. "Here, these are yours," he noted, handing out the admittedly smaller stack.

"Thanks." Dragon smiled shyly as he took the clothes into his hands. He gazed down at them, appreciating the hard work that was put into making them - and all for him! - and set them down on the side of the bed. He had gotten out of his clothes in front of Phoebe plenty of times, but he still felt nervous. Especially now that they were a couple. It just felt so... shameless. And now Phoebe was different. That didn't make Dragon nervous, necessarily, but he was curious to see how the new body looked.
Blushing at how dirty he sounded, Dragon closed his eyes tight and took his shirt off, trying to focus solely on changing clothes.

Phoebe didn't much pay attention to Dragon's reaction to them changing, figuring that they'd already seen each other naked before, and there was nothing wrong with seeing each other naked again. He slid the thin shirt from his slender, smooth body, folding it carefully and setting it in a hamper. His torso, now fully exposed, was a creamy mixture of tan and pale, although more pale than tan. Being a redhead, he had several freckles on his chest, sprinkled around the otherwise-perfect skin. There was the faintest trace of abs, his muscle-mass limited due to remaining inside for so long. But still, he had a good body, and clearly took care of himself before the transformation.
Blue eyes glanced up to see if Dragon was watching, and regardless of if he was, they remained on him as he unbuttoned his blue jeans and let them drop to the floor. He stepped out of them, long legs just as pale as his torso, although there were no freckles present on them that were clearly visible. Wearing naught but his undergarments, the redheaded former-monster slowly moved closer to the Wendigo, setting one cool hand over those hard muscles of the man's belly. "Wow," he breathed, wide blue eyes on the younger male. "You're beautiful, Dragon."
