It's a field technique, it hits everyone. Genjutsu class (Yami is genjutsu I believe) can pick and choose who it's affecting.

He'd been here before, a familiar venue that would serve as his next battlefield, no, slaughterhouse would be more appropriate. Swords swirled around him, then launched forward, cutting through the wall like paper, before disappearing. Most of the people defending the target were mincemeat to him, but something peaked his interest within the midst of the chaos. Two of his own were here, one around his level, and one who surpassed him. Interesting. Every single member of the Niku no Shohisha had gathered here. Atlas wondered if they're swords were as hungry as his. The Kech Marah would succeed in this instance. A genjutsu was preformed on most the members, but one woman appeared to have avoided the ploy on her mind, somehow. Nevertheless, she had to be dealt with. Copies of his sword would swirl around him, the launch towards the woman, from behind, while he stood on the perimeter of the battle. Atlas couldn't help but smile, excitement boiled his blood, to the point where he just wanted to hop in and get his licks in. It wouldn't exactly be smart, but it sure would be intresting. For now, he wanted to test his opponent, see where she excelled, where she lacked. Was she tied to the jutsu she was preforming? How fast can she react to his attacks? How fast is she in general? The swords weren't dense in their barrage, and would adjust their course, if presented with a defensive obstacle. Doing that would surely get her killed. Even with this simple attack, her options were limited. Even at this tense moment, Atlas' mind was filled with the rhythmically somber notes of a piano. They stringed along, forming an exciting tune, fast paced and intriguing.

Arashi blinked rapidly as he lost his eyesight completely, he heard Yami run behind him and grabbed for the tanto blade on his hip, as soon as he touched it he heard another person behind him he started to turn around to slash at them in one motion before he heard the whistle of the sheath coming towards his face, his reflexes were quick but not enough to react to the mans speed and he was hit in the cheek and knocked through the front entrance flat on his back. he was so pissed he was shaking and couldn't think of what to do without his vision, until he heard Magnus and Shikayumi spring into action. once Magnus put the pill in his mouth he chewed it and coughed at the shocking taste, within seconds his vision returned and he spat out the pill. he stood up quickly holding his cheek and looked around again with his byakugan and realized this new opponent had no chakra, meaning he must be really good with that sword of his to be a shinobi, and the other one had a large amount of chakra and used genjutsu on them which showed he was probably a genjutsu specialist, but he was way faster than the average genjutsu type. this team was a good pair so they were gonna be very hard to beat, especially since they already knew all about michael's abilities. He turned to Magnus. "Thanks man, you're a life saver. I hate genjutsu." he smirked and focused his raiton chakra all over his body and was coated in a thin layer of lightning. He pulled out his tanto blade in his right hand and dashed into the building. in the confusion he would manipulate a small bolt of electricity from his body and shoot it at Michael, trying to destroy the clone and send the information back to the real War. "You talk all that s**t when we can't see eye to eye, but I dare you to take us on straight up...p***ies." he focused chakra into the blade and his left hand creating a ball of pure raiton chakra which he would throw at him. it would swerve in the air as it hurls towards Oda's chest from short range, if it hit him it would dig into him electrocuting him and launch him through the wall of the building and outside to stop the place from being completely destroyed. His clone would also run toward the battle now that civilians were clear and saw Atlas, it stood behind him and shot a large beam of lightning that has small bolts randomly shooting from it that sped towards Atlas from behind, even if he somehow dodged it the bolts shooting from it would definitely hit him if he was anywhere near it.

Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Rank:B Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Rank:B Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
PASSIVE ABILITIES Thunderstruck • Lightning and manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
+2 Speed, +1 Strength • Lightning manipulation to the extent of your rank • Decreased rank in raiton and magnetism jutsu of any kind that is used against you. • No Handseals for lightning

But there are techniques in the world that have similar effects that aren't fake. I think it's okay for you to recognize it's genjutsu if you know the technique or have had it used on you before. Otherwise, it's unrealistic to expect that in a world where anything's possible, your character deems something impossible. Especially when the genjutsu actively makes you believe otherwise.
Also - Chaos's format portrays him incorrectly at the moment, I believe.
But Taijutsu and Weapon are back to being able to stathack, sorry. They've been crippled so long that the Ninjutsu users ended up being able to get stats as high as them. Their stats were barely any higher than non-physical classes; stats became worthless.
So, we're testing out to see how to balance stats - nerf ninjutsu/sage/etc, or buff the physical classes. It's no big deal. Just let it get a tryout.

Shurui had followed Atlas here after they left Shinsei's place. Well, this place went to hell faster than he expected. Not that he was hoping for this or anything, it's just that Kech Maria or whatever they were called were not screwing around. He had two choices at the moment. Go warn his family and tell them to hide or go in there in help. Shurui was so conflicted. Shurui closed his eyes and quickly stood up. This was a bad idea but he went with his gut and decided to help. First time he came here, he had followed a bloodthirsty psychopath into the last place he wanted to end up. Now, he had followed the exact same psychopath back to the same place they had left. Shurui squeaked when he saw a body crash through the wall of the building. Ahh, the owners were going to be so upset. Maybe he'd help rebuild the place when all was said and done. Shurui flinched a bit when he saw a man come crashing through the front entrance. "Oh my..." Shurui mumbled before he peaked inside the human side hole in the wall. Shurui was, again, conflicted on going in or not. Shurui slowly backed up and that's when he noticed a certain familiar person. Atlas. He then saw, what looked like the same man, shoot a lighting blast at Atlas. Upon instinct Shurui suddenly yelled "Watch out!".
『 Michael noticed the letter and quickly stood up. Before he could say anything he felt his vision go to black, and he knew what was happening. quickly piecing the puzzle together he knew what they were after. Even though he was blind he still had his voice. "Arashi, Shikayuki, Magnus, Mitsu get out of here, NOW! They are after me not you. I am getting myself I'll be back do not engage." With that he slapped his hand on the ground forming a seal, and then disappeared in a puff of smoke, the clone was gone sending the memories to the real Michael. 』™

The moment he entered the battlefield that was once the Ichiraku Ramen shop the Shinobi surrounding himself and Yami retaliated. Though his attack on the dark-skinned male did go through; sending him off into the wall of shop with a harsh crash. Oda's eyes briefly remained focused on the cloud of smoke for a moment, waiting for any sign of movement from within to signal the male emerging at any high speed. His attention was drawn elsewhere however when a solid mass of shadows formed near him in an attempt to skewer through his left shoulder. The moment it entered the range around him time seemed to slow down to a crawl, his eyes dilating slightly before at the last moment he dodged to the right; causing the shadow to miss him by a mere inch or two. Dancing away from the shadow he turned his piercing blue gaze to the Nara girl, his eyes narrowing briefly before he dissapeared in a burst of speed that caused the tables and ground around him to explode outwards from the force exerted. As he appeared to the side of the girl he spoke whilst drawing his Genjūmin in a fluid motion, sending the hilt towards her jaw swiftly whilst talking towards the armor-clad male in the area. "Who am I? Why the cause of your demise of course." Should his strike connect or miss he would spin the blade in mid air; causing it to aim towards her like he was going to thrust it forward. However instead of this four slashes of almost instantaneous speed would slam into the girl, which unless she had a form of instant movement or rapid speed two would most likely slice through the arteries in her inner elbows whilst one sliced directly through the lower portion of her stomach, followed by a forth one through her Jugular. He made sure all of his slashes would miss any of the spots targeted by his fellow Niku no Shohisha member's Mirror Images; allowing them to deal the most damage possible in one combination.
Assuming the slashes land properly the male would turn on his heel before blurring towards the dark-skinned male he'd attacked previously. When the male was engulfed in lightning he raised an eyebrow in thought, taking in the sight of it for a moment before a ball of pure lightning energy was shot towards him at a decent speed. Blinking for a moment he smiled before he channeled a small portion of his Gattsu into his Genjūmin, causing armor pieces to cover his upper body tightly; causing the ball of lightning to smack into it before fizzling out. With that done he would sprint forward, spinning his blade slightly before performing roughly the same attack towards the male that he'd done on the Nara before. Four almost instantaneous attacks would lash out, two at the arteries in his inner elbows, one at his stomach and one into his jugular. Following this up he would make two simple slashes, however his body became bathed in a purple essence as two attacks that seemed to come from opposite directions followed his own slashes. Assuming any of his attacks landed his Poison Switch: Don't Move A Muscle would take over, and depending on how many slashes he lands cause the male to lock up fully; paralyzed completely. If these conditions were met Oda would open his mouth up, his jaw unhinging with an unnatural cracking sound echoing throughout the ramen shop. Following this up what seemed to be a black hole would begin to suck Arashi into his mouth, and if he didn't have help escaping or someone escape himself he would be consumed fully; erasing him from the plane of reality they were on.
• Phantom Slash B-rank - A-rank with +1 from Samurai Sage First quickly rotating your blade in your hands, and then pointing it at the foe, you channel energy into your arms for a series of extremely fast slashes. There are three in total (increasing by 1 each rank above B) that come from a triangular myriad of directions and all break through near instantly in succession. The arm doesn't even seem to move, these slashes easily ripping someone in half without their explicit notice. This attack can combat and cleave through techniques, though rank-based rules apply.
• Ethereal Extension: Armor C-rank - B-rank with +1 from Samurai Sage Your sword strives to help you succeed. Not because it likes you or anything, but to better it's chances of feasting. Your health is key, which is why you're granted an immunity to poison, among other reasons. The Genjūmin allows some of it's lifeforce to seep, its sheer essence. In this instance armor pieces hover over your body.

In the instance, cuts induce a evolving state of paralysis. It isn't instant. The first cut slows your vitals and speed. Your breathing becomes heavy, and you'll feel sluggish; weighed down by the Genjūmin's venom. The second cut slows down your rapid eye movement and limbs. The third cut paralyzes you, leaving you as a meal that won't struggle. Deeper cuts skip a step. [Until End of Fight]
• Cannibalize S [0 Gattsu] Your jaw unhinges, and you're teeth can now puncture anything. Your gaping maw acts like a blackhole [60 mph], sucking in all people directly in front of you [5 feet], erasing them from this reality. The ground itself ceases to exist within the void in you're mouth. Jutsu cast extremely close to you is null [near and around your mouth]. The chakra is refunded to the user, but the jutsu doesn't happen. [3 Post CD]
This doesn't insta kill if you're within 5 feet. It just pulls you in quickly.
Gin's dark aura was felt by few. Her tummy growling she placed her hand on it. She was starving ! The shop came into view. She came close enough to hear the ruckus that was going on inside. 'I just want some god damn food... And I'm getting it...' Gin opened the door. It seemed to be a fight... But what about. Gin didn't care. Her mission was food. She kept herself alert as she walked around back. She saw the waiters in hiding. With her mask on it looked like she was just staring... Gin began putting herself some food.
Shikayumi watched as the two reacted much faster than she anticipated. "Damn, they're fast." She thought to herself as her began to pieces on the board. It was almost scary to think that these two were moving almost faster than she could thing. But still, even after having her endgame prolonged, it still wasn't completely out of site. She still had the shinobi contained within the bar, and with the two of them charging on her position she would be quick to ensnare them in a trap.
As the assassins did their dance among the bar, Shikayumi went into her ultimate defense. Like a wild thicket of thorns, Shikayumi's shadow sprawled out from her position, with the intent to skewer anything that decided to get close to her. The tendrils of her shadow were fluent in their movement, and sharp with their bite, as they forced the two shinobi away from her and her friends.
She was playing the long game; using her techniques defensively to compensate for their inclined speed. She saw that Michael was aware of the situation as his clone disperced, and now it was up to her to find an exit strategy for her friends. With Oda moving into point blank, it would be almost impossible to counter the trap she laid before him, but her real intention was to keep Oda contained in the back of the bar with Yami. That way, as her shadow tendrils consumed the inside of the bar, it would eventually limit where they could move, until eventually she would have them surrounded. Like every great chess game, it was about cornering your opponent.
However, their was one piece off the board she didn't know about...

Since Mitsutada was already on the lookout for people who could have eavesdropped on his conversation, he noticed the arrival of a new male which was Yami. When the mocha skinned male stretch out a hand for Michael the Sannin felt an overwhelming wave of lustful cravings for flesh wash over himself, and he know for a fact this wasn't coming from his Genjūmin or innate desires, this was.. enhanced far beyond what it normally was. He Mitsu had to describe it, it was as if not eating flesh in over a month. No matter how hungry he was though, he could restrain himself from eating his friends and those he cared for, so his desires turn to that of the newcomer in the straw hat. Would his meat be delicious? Would it tear right off the bone and just slip into his mouth, or would it have a thick gamey feeling to it? The thoughts racing through his mind was exiting him as he wished to eat the man more and more, but his desires would come to a small halt as he saw Shikayumi's cousin rush in and soon darkness washed over his being, cutting all of his senses, leaving him in the void.
Heh... So he was under attack now huh? Who could be so.. foolish? As Mitsu reached for the wasabi pill in his kimono he felt his mouth get opened and something round shoved in, and from the taste of it, it was obvious. With a crunch the darkness would be washed away and so would his overwhelming desires, for now. As reality came back to him, the Navy Blue haired shinobi could feel another of his kind here, and the sensation became more apparent as they walked in through the door, and soon yet another one of his kind was felt near by. This was getting.. interesting. As much as Mitsutada wished to carve up the man in the straw hat and savor the flavor that belonged only to that particular male, he had other things to do, and that was to protect those around him first. The male called Arashi that he had went on a mission with to Shirota had gotten knocked on his a**, and thankfully, his brethren had not killed him, otherwise things would of gotten very ugly, very quickly. It seemed they were here for Michael, and for what, he hadn't a clue, but if he were to guess, it was for his Demon. Why else would someone send so many after just one? After a small sigh escaped past his lips Mitsu began to hum to himself as he placed a hand on the hilt of Sekai and from there his body and sword was enveloped by an purple aura as his killing intent was now palpable to those near.
The appearance of twenty five copies of Sekai spinning rapidly in a defensive manner which positioned themselves around himself and Shikayumi which those around the female Nara had managed to parry off Atlas' attacks and even Oda's if Shikayumi's defense didn't manage to hold, and the remaining blades lurked near the remaining two allies, Arashi and Magnus to provide assistance where needed, also all containing a purple glow. "Come in, come in, and you will never find a way out, at least not in one piece.. All these innocent and lovely flesh suppliers running into my abattoir.. Don't know what they have to expect.." Mitsutada let out a eery chuckle as he unsheathed Sekai and an exact copy appeared in his other hand in a reverse grip. "Their one way ticket to hell always lead them to a sanguinary end.. but that's just the normal way of life because one man's meat is another one's poison.." The Sannin stood there in the middle of the restaurant waiting for the next course of action from the enemy. "Come in, come in, and become a part in my work In the truest sense of the word.."

Passives • [ｂｏｘｉｎｇ//ｓｔｙｌｅ] You can predict peoples movements to an extent [better than a normal person, but worse than someone with Sharingan]. • [Shigure Souen] Shinjikazu - After being trained in both defense and attack the user eyes have become more prone to oncoming attacks and is able to react much quicker giving him insight in battle. He is also able to since someone killer intent and feel the force coming from it. • [Passively Honored] Samurai untapped power is passive. • [CQC Master] Close combat is your everything, you are a master within these specifications. • [Muscle Reaction Expert] Your perception rivals the Sharingan, without the neat tricks. • [Poisonous to the Bone] Immune to poison. • [Deadly Touch] Adaptable Poison runs through the blade of your sword. • [Occupied Hands] Your bloodline techniques don't require handseals. • [CLASS] This is because their training releases a constant field of chakra around their body to where they literally witness time at a slower pace. Samurai can see the enemy's physical attacks in slow motion, because the range of this ability expands just far enough to where they can predict these close-range attacks. Because of this, they will never falter in physical combat. They simply do not make mistakes. They can parry pretty much everything. Your super bursts of speed mean nothing to them. They cannot be defeated by stats, because they are the most skilled. Samurai are essentially the counter class to other physical classes. Other physical classes are left almost useless versus them. • [CLASS] Samurai can use low level techniques (genin and academy) with one hand so that they don't have to weaken their hold of their weapon while they perform jutsu.

Kokuangyo no Jutsu (Bringer of Darkness Technique) Description: An ancient technique created and mastered by the late Nidaime Hokage, it utilizes the foremost creator of fear: darkness. By creating a complete and impenetrable darkness around the user, the actual affect is not to scare them, but to disable them. Doujutsus are especially hindered by this technique because it affects the nervous system in such a way that it deactivates them. Indeed, there is very little that can pierce that jutsu, not even interference from allies. The only way to break this jutsu is by throwing the user off guard or if the user wills it. What mattered was that both sides were weak and flailing. He knew that more work needed to be done. But, for now, he needed his ********' demon.
He Nen-Innervated some mobile, kinetic armor, just like he always did. This would protect him from at least one SS ranked attack while he went in and murdered people. And this would be a murder. He clenched his fists, readied his two styles - the Eternal Style of the Broken Sword and the Dust Eater, like he often did against newly chosen opponents . . . and he went for it. First target: Mitsutada Guru. He picked him as his sworn foe, fully ready to kill him instantly. And yes - he knew of his bloodline, Cannibalize, but he had counter-actions against such a thing.
Arashi heard Michael tell him to run and simply scoffed at the thought of running against these enemies, it would take more than this tto make him run from a fight in the village. He saw Oda block his attack and rush at him quickly to counter, he already started to move in order to dodge the stabs when Yami finally reappeared in front of him, taking him by surprise. he quickly stopped trying to dodge and tried to slash at Yami's stomach, but by the time he moved the blade he was dragged across the room by the arm and tossed on the table.. He had had enough of being tossed around this fight and although he felt like he was about to throw up his anger wouldn't let him stay down like the last time. he rolled off the table and landed on one knee, feeling sick and disoriented and looked up to see Yami and Shurui save Atlas from the clone's sneak attack and that pissed him off even more. "so damn close." He grunted under his breath, he would just sit down on the ground now and pick his tanto up off the ground and sit for a bit as he slowly recovered from his dizziness. Then he heard a voice that was familiar, looking up he saw The Shogun he had met in the Hokage's office, the same shogun that disrespected the new shogun after resigning.something about this man made him uneasy,and it wasn't just the fact that he was stronger than Arashi. This man was clearly bloodthirsty and had no discretion for who he killed as Arashi knew that if anyone in that office stood up to him after spitting in Nobuyuki's face, he would have probably killed them... maybe even the Hokage himself. Arashi thought back to Michael's words and realized he was right to tell Arashi to leave, even though he had faced SS-ranked monsters before, this actually intimidated him more. He knew there was no way he could fight another even stronger opponent while sick and down a lot of chakra. He would close his eyes and disappear in a flash of lightning to make room for the stronger shinobi to take on Kleine. He left his clone behind which would stay run away a bit of distance and watch quietly so he would know if they needed his help again.

The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous) Rank:B Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
PASSIVE ABILITIES Thunderstruck • Lightning and manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
+2 Speed, +1 Strength • Lightning manipulation to the extent of your rank • Decreased rank in raiton and magnetism jutsu of any kind that is used against you. • No Handseals for lightning
