	Saburou Between the original Japanese manga (Yes! I CAN read it!), American graphic novels and online scanlations, I have the whole series. I tend to rant on a non-guild thread around Gaia once in a while about parts of the storyline. I also RP it. I'm Michael, and I have a Lucifel/Lucifer-aniki.... who I really need to give that ending post to. Errrmmm..... >.> I don't like the American translations. They get some pretty simple stuff wrong, and it irks me because its either common sense or easily look-up-able online. Yay! I can read Japanese too! I don't like the ones that are translated into English. When you change the language, it makes it sound corny :C

When you change the language, it makes it sound corny :C Generally the commercial English translations pay less attention to the quality of the script than anything else... They're objective is to simply translate the meaning of the text, but it doesn't seem like they do much to fine tune the script. This is a double edged sword, while its good that they don't apparently seem to be tampering with the original text too much (and if they were to make the script actually sound good, they would inevitably have to change some things around), at the same time it kinda makes the manga clunky and dumbed-down...

	I have 19 volumes of Angel Sanctuary in English And one volume of Godchild (I believe there are 4 or 5) I don't have any Count Cain volume but I think there are 3 or 4 out. I think its quite easy to buy manga in my city.
