I woudl say add a bit more color to your ava, and the staff doesn't really go with the overall scheme.
8/10 though, I do like the outfit

Meh, 8.2/10.
It's pretty good, but the hat and Were claws are really out of place. If you want to keep the claws for your dream avatar, I suggest adding some more black/dark brown accents to even the look out. Just some constructive criticism.
