Gears of War - Defending Jacinto (Finished)

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Soqed rolled her eyes at Naro, walking over to the door and trying to open it...and failing...

"Oh... COME ON!!" She growled. "Must everything way a ton with you!?"  

[Zahzi]

"It's a security measure. this time..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"GREAT security measure! I can't get out! I feel safe." Soqed growled, continuing to try on opening the door.  

[Zahzi]

While Soqed was focused on the door, Naro picked up an object and fiddled with the bottom, causing the door to suddenly rise.
"Oh look! You got it!"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"But..? It... How..?" Soqed stammered, just staring at the opening with a dumbfounded expression.  

[Zahzi]

"You must be getting stronger!" Naro said, raising a finger as he moved forward, putting the object down again.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...But... I couldn't even budge this thing a minute ago..." Soqed said with a confused tone.  

[Zahzi]

"ANYWAY! Shall we see what it looks like down here?" he asked, pointing down.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...The panic rooms..?" Soqed asked, slowly looking from the door to where Naro was pointing.  

[Zahzi]

"Well, I guess you could call it more of a 'panic lair'..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Panic LAIR? Why would you need a lair?"  

[Zahzi]

"Well, my sister was claustrophobic."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"So you needed one giant room so she wouldn't panic in the panic room?" Soqed asked with an eyebrow raised.  

[Zahzi]

"...It's a series of rooms with large corridors."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...So basically a fortified basement?"
