The first is the protagonist of Kampfer. Just watch Kampfer Abridged sometime; it's pretty darn funny and is spot-on for how dense the guy is. XD
Infinite Stratos is basically... because of the work of a crazy-awesome inventor, humankind now has access to "Infinite Stratos", which are basically summonable powered armor units capable of flight and using lots of different weapons. They're also only usable by women, which is why a lot of people are confused about how the protagonist can use them - considering he's one of about three or four people the creator of the units actually likes (the others being his big sister and one of his childhood friends), though, it's possible the explanation is fairly mundane. The units are strong enough to have rendered traditional armed forces largely irrelevant, so now he's attending the international school for them. So it's basically harem + mecha action.
Also, it has Laura, and she thinks the protagonist is her wife. XD
(I'm pretty sure someone lied to her about the meaning of Japanese words, or she just misunderstood somewhere - that's probably not what she MEANT to say, but it is funny)
