Because he likes the internet and all the random things it holds...enough said.
Not good enough.
I managed to boil it down to two things, either he is mentally depressed and is slightly antisocial, meaning he has no immediate need to impress anyone so he wouldn't have to tend to his physiological needs... and can be fixed with medication and therapy...
Or
Since he was the president of chess club, he has a thirst for competition and since the WWW is chock full of other competitive people, he can satisfy his need by arguing, and can be easily fixed by simply transferring him to something else competitive...
But I think its the first one, because he didn't do sports.
Hrm.
