Well, I've officially lost "it". My RPs are not pulling in people any more.
maybe I should stick to romance rps.

Ya. I know what you mean. I was hoping my desert caravan/survival whatever you want to classify it as one would work better but it isn't. Maybe the title is throwing everyone off.

It does seem a little inappropriate. I think they jsut hate superhero rps though.

With the constant hype of Galvan, everybody was anxious for that X-Men style RP . . . but due to some negative happenings, that is no longer the case. Perhaps the whole hero genre is a bit off for now?

Okay, so the tucson trip was called off about half-way there... major storm clouds in the way, so we just turned around and came home..
no sleep....
However, oddly enough, in Orchestra today, I learned a few dance moves...

the salsa stuff confused me... and I want to dance to Glenn Miller's 'In The Mood' with the stuff we learned on Swing.
Apparently, they figured out dancing helps musicians with rhythm...
Makes sense to me.

Skreemer It does seem a little inappropriate. I think they jsut hate superhero rps though. Maybe something simpler like "The Denali Desert" but that seems boring. Maybe "Dune" like sand dunes. But I think a book already took that one. Nothing seems to quite fit. Superhero RP are just really really over done lately. It seems like all of them you are a mutant or alien or elf or angel. What happen to the average human living in an above and beyond world. Just human characters have more possibility than people give them credit for.

@Skreemer: I've taken a look at some of your RPs. No offense, but I personally think that you lack description and detail in your RPs. Most I see is one paragraph or so of a plot, then maybe a really bare-bones profile sample. [aside to himself] I really need to finish that RP Creation 101 tutorial soon . . .>.>[/aside]. Anyway, yeah, if you want to create a really well-thought out RP that could potentially attract lots, talk to me, and I'd be more than happy to help out. 3nodding

And about your 'shocking shyness' thing, EKA, lots of girls in my class are incredibly shy, but then, I guess, all it takes to get their trust is to give them a nice little comfort zone before you dance.

Yeah, part of it is that I get insecure about dance, and then if I screw up I start mad giggling and look like a psychotic junior higher (my apologies to junior highers, you're really not bad for the most part *hugs*) So *shrug* If I know someone and no one's watching, maybe I'd dance with them, otherwise...I'm not really a go to school dances person either so it might be part of that. >.<

Otherwise, I ent going.
Been to one Prom, sucked, I wound up outside pacing like a severely pissed off animal, and even had one of the guys keeping an eye on the whole thing telling me to calm down... >>;
Geh.. I may just wind up saving all the info I have for the .Hack// RP, and just set it up again at a later date...

Hey everyone. I'm fairly new, haven't posted here yet.
Um, I'm Mandy and I roleplay a lot of medieval fantasy, modern fantasy, and realistic roleplays. I'm literate, but I'm not sure if I'm advanced literate.
