I live in Quebec, and I saw one of those little "coming soon" posters just today on one of the buses. For the first time.

I wonder how long it will take for them to get to convenience stores and restaurants? I don't like carrying cash around.

They've been here in BC for...What? 3-4 years now?

I can barely remember the time when we didn't use them, but I liked the tickets look more back then.

I'm not sure if they are in Ontario, but I have to go there in a few months, so they'd better be, it's annoying when you get used to something and have it taken away.

It's actually gone too far in HK now, and you cannot survive there if you don't have an octopus card (that's what we call them).

There's only one option to pay for parking: octopus card. You can't pay cash even you want to.
