...As in, on disc? For sale? To Japanese consumers? To the best of my knowledge, they tend to release in, like, two episode sets, not the full seasons the rest of the world goes for.

Nooooo... I'm just pretty sure they're not planning to release the bonus episode until all the other episodes are out. sweatdrop It's pretty much a 13th episode, after all.
