i like it without the umbrella too, ok , simon time, and i'm decreasing it to meanie:
you have to be more active, the larger your guild, the more work it takes, you have to check all your forums and subforums, and respond to most topics, have a specified time for your members to talk to you to work things out, or simply get to meet the boss.
i wrote this myself... way to nice.
