I'm an adept. Sadly, the power available with that is nearly useless. Seriously, six points so they cant strike back? I'd rahter be able to increase my hit chance.

Yeah.
That's what sucks.
Weak attacks always hit but they suck.
And Medium and strong attacks, unless you're strong [high ranked] then you can't hit them. Dx

Still, I think this is gaias easiest and most popular event. I mean, it takes virtually no effort and people have been wanting vampire stuff for ages.

Gaia's easiest events were back in '03 and '04 which pretty much only required trolling. neutral

Okay, doing both Vampires and Humans twice is going to be impossible. I guess I'll just go for once each...
Rank doesn't affect hit chance at all.
Personally, I enjoy store-hopping for jack's items. It's traditional.
Don't discuorage her from making an RP of her own. She will if she likes. The more the merrier, eh?
