Remember kids. High weight low reps for mass, low weight high reps for definition, don't try to mix the two. Also there is a big difference between 100 reps at 100 pounds and 100 push-ups at 250 pounds.

Well, I decided to forgo getting M&L:BIS fro now.
I put down a reserve for Scribblenauts instead. Why? The one phrase whispered on the wind passing my ears...
