Basic summary:

We've progressed into the Dark Hour, which is the extra hour of the day in which normal people are unaware, and spirits often come out.

But anybody who has powers, or who you want to develop powers, can be awake. XD That way, you won't be stuck unable to RP.

Soji's House has an Orochi Arcana thingie, the Black Messengers/Messiahs are recruiting at the Tower of Babel, and some of the I. Team is facing a Shade at the Amagai estate. =D

For Newbies, go to Babel. Pretend you were there all along or something. rofl Or hiding in the shadows.

Ah okay! That makes sense! The Babel idea really does seem like the best way to jump in honestly so I think I'll use that idea.
