Been working my a** off in the garden for money for The Beatles Rock Band. I only got a measly fiver today, and I have really bad blisters all over my hands.

You never ever work for your parents when you want money. They can pay you less than minimum wage.

If the blisters are really bugging you, wash the afflicted area thoroughly with soap and hot water, sterilize a needle with rubbing alcohol, and drain the fluid from the blister, then put an antibiotic ointment over it, cover it with a bandage, and stop all friction to the area. If it isn't bugging you that bad let it heal on it's own.

If you do try to treat it yourself at home don't half a** it and let it get infected either. Either totally clean and take care of it or let it heal on it's own.

What else am I supposed to do? I need to earn money, and in my current condition I can only do a job that I can do only when I want.

Well if it were me? I would go without XD. But if you are that dedicated then I guess try to favor that spot on your hand or get a callous to develop.
