Actually technically I haven't censored you so far...I left what you said still in here. I mean just go to communist China, now THERE is some censoring! Besides it's quite hypocritical of you to talk about how you want to follow SOME laws, but not others.
Gaia Law says: My Guild so I can boot anyone I want
My Laws: I can boot anyone I want at any time for any reason
My Law: Rule #1 don't flame/attack "members".
Therefore you talk about us violating a SINGLE law, yet even Gaia talks about you not trashing people. Hell my FIRST RULE says to not flame people, so if you want to talk about laws...then I can still ban you. stare

I'm with Tsuki in that the US is prone to having people "say what they want, then feel they are covered by the First Amendment". Not all of us are American - I for one have felt for a long time that the First Amendment has been badly abused beyond its original intent.
I still think it best something be resolved peacefully if possible, unless the other party is being particularly difficult to be with, in which case a ban is justified. It's what I do when under one of my other IDs I act as moderator in other guilds. Just remember, "Power corrupts". By all means exercise it, but carefully smile
