"Next...well the next stage of the Mist Stance style is that of a chuunin leveled shinobi...so we must get you up to that level," Zane grinned as he pulled out another weighted vest and tossed it at Daisuke. "That's double the weights that were on the last time. Run a lap around the village and then return here..." Zane told him as he pointed at the door. "Oh and don't use your curse mark," Zane added

(Post at Mist Village, Kiri Market, Mizukage palace and mist beach, then return here)

"Time to start on the next technique Daisuke!" Zane exclaimed as he had one of his clones throw a kunai at him. Zane held out his palm as he released his chakra through the points. The kunai was knocked back as Zane panted a bit. "Kai Resistance...by using the second strike, you can knock back opponents and projectiles like the Hyuugas..." Zane explained.

Kai Resistance:
This is a jutsu that when used and will leave the user weak the next post, the user gathers chakra within half a second and releases it form his arms or legs if a target is near them it can cuase them to be knocked back this technque is similar to the hyugas rotation but can olny me emited though the users arms and legs

"Okay, sounds easier then the last one." Daisuke said as he stood up off from the wall, he then focused chakra through out his left arm and then forced it out as hard as he could, and as usual got nowhere with the technique. He figured he needed to use more chakra if he wanted to get the desired effect, so he built up a huge amount of chakra and let it loose. He could feel the chakra rush out of his arm, but it looked as though it could only deflect a senbon. So Daisuke gathered a huge amount of chakra into his arm and forced it out at once. This time it felt much closer to the desired effect.

Daisuke finally started to feel the side effect, a huge drain in strength. Daisuke was forced to kneel to keep himself from falling over, it felt like he'd over used his curse mark, but the feeling vanished after a few moments. Daisuke got up and made another attempt, this time it seemed as though he'd perfected the technique with his left arm, but he knew he'd need to do the same with his right arm and legs. He started to train his right arm, he gathered chakra and the let it burst.

Daisuke again felt drained after attempting the technique but he was starting to get used to it, "even though this technique has great potential I should be careful with at and leave it as a last resort, otherwise I could get taken out while the side effect takes place." Daisuke continued in a weird fashion of making an attempt, stopping from weakness and repeating until he could the technique with his right hand. Now it was a matter of how he'd train his legs for the technique.

Daisuke decided he train from a mid-kick position. He brought his left leg up as though he was kicking some one in the side, gathered chakra and let it burst out, it nearly caused Daisuke to loose balance but he managed to keep him self up. He kept hold of the position and tried again, again he nearly lost his balance but he put his foot down and stayed standing. Daisuke went into the same stance, and made another attempt, this time he'd lost his balance and had to catch himself, but he'd managed to pull off the technique.

He'd finally got to the right leg, he went into a similar stance except this time he hovered his foot above the ground as though he was in the middle of a low kick. He gathered chakra into his right leg and forced it out, getting really close to perfecting the technique. Daisuke tried once more and succeeded. Daisuke stood up, his was breathing heavily from the training. "I think... I'm ready... To continue..." He panted as he tried to catch his breath.

Suishi Hitokiri. A skill that was used in conjunction with the Illusionary version of the Suirou no Jutsu, and made the enemy think they were drowning. Koushin turned a slight shade of pale-green at the thought. An unfortunate side-effect of Genjutsu is that you had to imagine it happening to yourself, and then transfer those feelings onto your opponent. At least, that's what happened when you were learning the techniques. After you got proficient with them, then you didn't need to subject yourself to such mental torture.

The description of the skill unnerved Koushin enough that he had to stop for a moment and force his emotions and thoughts down. His eyes came to a close, andh is breathing steadied, as he reigned emotions and feelings under control. They would only hinder his current mission, which was to learn as much as he could. A minute passed before he opened his eyes, and nodded, a small, fragile smile on his lips. This was going to be a bit difficult.

First, Koushin concentrated on the precursor skill, Gen - Suirou no Jutsu. His hands slowly made their way through the hand-seals, and his chakra reacted to his pulling and molding, the vital substance swirling through his Tenkentsu network. It flowed through his chakra veins with almost a tickle, as they leaked out. "Suirou no Jutsu." He whispered, his right hand moving in front of the clone of Zane's face, pushing out his chakra. It latched onto the clone, forming a hollow orb as it invaded the clone's senses.

The ball would look to the clone as if it were water consolidating around him, becoming more pressurized and holding him in place. It would be hard to breath, and almost impossible unless he had learned a technique to convert Chakra into oxygen, or draw oxygen from the water around him. Eventually, claustrophobia would set in, and the clone would panic, but be unable to move, talk, or even breath. It was a most terrible fate, but emotions had no place in the Shinobi world. If you were caught, chances were, you were dead.

More chakra was pulled from his reserves as it flooded into his left hand, resonating with his heart beat. A movement of his left hand would mirror the previous actions of his right, coming to rest in front of the Clone's face. Koushin summoned up the feeling of water going down his throat, through both the pipes, filling his lungs just as much as it did his stomach. It was unpleasant, as it felt as if his throat was going to rip apart. It also stopped him from breathing entirely, the water obscuring his nostrils from acting in either manner.

The feeling would be transferred into the Clone's own mind, as the illusionary water forced it's way through his lips, into his nostrils, and pressed quite heavily against the Clone of the Mizukage's eardrums. Water would fill his mouth through his nostrils at first. Then, if he opened his mouth, even more would force it's way into him, filling his stomach and lungs, as well as any other orifice available for it. It would quite literally suffocate him, and if need be, poison him. It was quite a cruel death, and would be useful as a torture technique. After all, imaginary asphyxiation did wonders to get people to talk.

If that didn't work, then Koushin could quite literally render someone brain dead from this technique. Trick the body into believing it isn't receiving oxygen because it's been cut off, and they'll cease to breath. Keep that up for just under three minutes, they'll be unable to function, as oxygen deprivation would destroy any chance of their brain being coherent again. However, with this, Koushin broke the connection of Chakra, backing away a few steps. It was just a bit too much in a few hours.

"Sorry.. just a bit much.." Koushin muttered, his face a pale colour. He had learned the technique, but the mental trauma would take it's toll. "I need some fresh air..." Koushin then stumbled out of the dojo, down the stairs, and proceeded to lose what little he had in his stomach. Mainly acid, but bits of rice were definitely apparent. Coughing, Koushin wiped his mouth off, before backing away a few steps, and taking in fresh air. That would hopefully help settle his stomach.

( Man, you gotta think about what Genjutsu users go through. After all, isn't Genjutsu just impressing feelings upon your enemy? But, how can you impress feelings if you haven't experienced it yourself? It would suck, yah know? Now, imagine forcing yourself to drown. I'm telling yah.. Shinobis these days. Forcing Genin to learn such dangerous techniques. Tut tut. xD;; )

(( Edit: Uh, what. The thing decided to post me before you two had... WTF? ))

Daisuke: "Congratulations Daisuke...you have achieved stage 4 of the Mist Stance style. You're taijutsu is now at chuunin level. You're reallly going to be a force to be reckoned with," Zane grinned.

Eljin: "Kioku Fukikesu...the memory swip genjutsu. This is very useful in any situation when you do something that you don't want anyone to see. Makes the target forget whatever they saw recently. Granted the more you do it on a target the more immune they are to the technique" Zane explained to him

Kioku Fukikesu (Memory Wipe)
Description: A spying genjutsu that makes the target forget whatever they saw recently. This may only be used twice on a target and then they become immune to its effects.

"sweet." Daisuke said as he was filled with pride. It wasn't that long ago when he was only at the academy level of taijutsu, and he certainly didn't want to stop getting stronger know, so he asked "what can I learn next Zane-sama?"

After a few minutes, Koushin moved himself back into the Dojo, happy that no one had seen leave, except the Clone of the Mizukage. His head was much clearer, and he could handle the mental strain of learning more questionable Genjutsu. Thankfully, the next Genjutsu wasn't so torturous as it was sneaky, and personally, Koushin thought he could grow fond of it. A Genjutsu that could make someone forget anything at all. Even with a limited number of uses, the technique would be invaluable.

"So, basically.. just make your target's mind forget what it saw..." Koushin nodded, his arms crossed. It was kind of like voluntarily forgetting something, but imposing your will onto another, and forcing them to forget it. So long as one knew what he or she was going to erase, it sounded like a cinch. And with that, Koushin made a single hand-seal, used in focusing his chakra. That familiar tickling feeling raced up his sternum and down his arms, ever so pleasantly.

It flowed around him, rotating around his hands in a steady rhythm, before he cast it out, latching onto the mind of the clone. Koushin thought of the exact memory he wanted to erase. The memory of him running out of the Dojo as he broke under the mental stress of such a Genjutsu. It wouldn't look good upon him to have broken like that, even as a Genin. With a small sigh, he forced his chakra into the other's mind, groping for what he was looking for.

The section of the brain that retained short term memory was found, and his chakra wiped it clean, pulling from it any knowledge that he had left under any circumstances. It was tough to refrain from doing much more than that, but he didn't want to disperse the clone accidentally from a chakra overload. From there, Koushin gently eased his chakra out of the Clone's mind, hopefully succeeding in his task. But, that was not all, as he needed to confirm if it had worked. As a test, he asked the clone a simple question.

"Have I ever left the Dojo since I came here?" Koushin asked, his voice slightly higher than a whisper. If his technique had worked, then Koushin would have completed the technique, and the knowledge erased. It was the best outcome possible, and Koushin really did hope it had worked. He just hoped it would, otherwise he might have been found out. 'Come on.. please don't not work'.

"This will be the last stage I teach you at this level. I hope you're ready because it will be along grueling process..." Zane explained as he gathered chakra at the soles of his feet. Suddenly, Zane jumped over 25 feet into the air. He grinned as he came back down, landing gracefully upon the floor. "The ultimate jumping technique....you need to improve on your previous technique and become stronger."

Bird Watching:
This is the ultimate high for jumping technques the user may jump 25 feet into the air and can bounce extremly fast away from damage making hitting the user a difficult task.

"Damn that's high." Daisuke said as he watched Zane-sama jump 25 feet into the air. "I can do this, I think." He thought to himself as he watched Zane-sama fall back down. Daisuke started to build up chakra and jumped he only reached 9 feet into the air. "Well that's better then the original technique but it's not good enough, I need a hell of a lot more power if I want to get higher." Daisuke built up greater amounts and jumped.

He managed to climb an extra 2 feet but he couldn't get any higher with each attempt he made. What am I doing wrong? I should be going higher with more power." Daisuke was puzzled with this new development. He concluded that he should use absurd amounts of chakra to jump and he did, this got him to get on average 15 feet and no more. It started to dawn on Daisuke that it wasn't a matter of how much chakra you used it was how you used it.

Following this new strategy, he instead of using a lot of chakra, focused it so that it would burst out of the center of his feet which he borrowed from the second strike technique. This allowed him to reach 16 feet, so Daisuke continued and began force the chakra harder out of the soles of his feet as he jumped, leaving dole thudding sounds each time he jumped. He continued doing this while applying more chakra, which allowed him to reach 17 feet. Daisuke could tell this was gonna take alot of effort to complete.

Daisuke focus good chunk of chakra into the soles of his feet, he crouched down and took a deep breath, and with that, he jumped. He could feel the air rush around him as he speed into the air. Daisuke stopped just short of 18 feet, as he came back down he charged his feet with chakra and as soon as he hit the ground he jumped again. This time clearing 18 feet, but when Daisuke landed he realized he needed to take a quick brake, so he sat down and started to contemplate how he'd get more height out of the jump.

Daisuke figured out that if he timed the chakra burst right he could probably add a foot or two. After he rested for a bit he began to practice his timing, and it did help him by adding 2 feet to his jump height. "Damn almost there." He said to no one as he prepared to jump again. He got to 20 feet again, which left him wondering if there was something that he was missing. "What if I focus my chakra more to the tip of the foot, after all those jumps it feels like all the power ends up there anyways."

So Daisuke tried his new approach which got him to reach 22 feet into the air. Daisuke grinned and tried again, this time getting to 24 feet, "almost there" he said to no one. Now Daisuke had one more foot to reach and he was finished. unfortunately he couldn't figure out where he'd squeeze that last bit of power from. Daisuke was left baffled again and just because it felt better then standing around thinking, he just started jumping constantly, which was quite the spectacle to see because he was reaching 24 feet in the air.

Daisuke finally ran out of breath and stopped, he couldn't figure out what was wrong. After he caught his breath, Daisuke went back to jumping, and out of the blue he noticed that he was hitting 25 feet. He realized he just lacked enough practice to reach it that high. Daisuke stopped again and with a grin, he said "okay Zane-sama I'm ready learn whatever is next."

"Alright, now that you've learned the advanced technique of the jump, it's time to learn the advance technique of the chakra shield," Zane explained as he held his palms out. Suddenly, Zane's mist blue chackra began to coat his entire body by three inches above his skin. "You have to attain a meditative stat at first, to balance out your chakra and focus it all throughout your body. That's the first step so do that a couple of times. Then practice releasing it until the armor stays with you," Zane finished explaining.

Reject: This a shield made of pure force by releasing chakra from the body they may reject many atatcks but by doing so making the user weaker depending on how strong the attack is this is a sort of chakra armor that the user coats 3 inchs above their skin and when something makes contact all chakra in the armor is released in that one spot.

"Okay, got it." Daisuke said as he began to develop his own "repel" technique. Daisuke built up chakra through out his inter body, letting it spread to every possible chakra point. He then released it and tried to mold it into a second skin. As Daisuke did so he noticed that his chakra was a weird color, his chakra had a purple tinge to the usual blue that chakra is generally colored. "Weird, I wonder if it's got something to do with the curse mark.

Daisuke finally managed to stabilize his chakra, it was maybe half an inch thick. Daisuke was annoyed with his lack of ability and continued to train. He dispelled the chakra layer and started over, sort of. He wasn't happy with the speed it took to build up the chakra through out his body, so he worked on building his chakra faster and faster and would then let it dissipate when ever he felt like he was gonna explode. Daisuke continued in this fashion until he got it close to half a minute. Daisuke was satisfied with the results for now, went on with the rest of his training, now starting to focus on the speed that he builds the layer in.

At the moment it took Daisuke 5 minutes to produce and control the chakra layer, he wanted to reduce the time to less then a second. So Daisuke worked on the speed it took form him to perform the technique, this took a lot of time because after every attempt he started to feel drained. It was a similar experience to the kai release technique and Daisuke assumed it was a similar side effect. Daisuke continued to try and speed up the technique, even though it was slowly draining him of energy. After many attempts Daisuke had reached his goal of pulling it off in just under a second.

Now came the difficult part, he had to strengthen the chakra layer, which would result in it becoming thicker and give better protecting. Daisuke built up more chakra then he'd been doing normally and crafted the chakra layer. It was only an inch thick but this meant he was making progress. Unfortunately it still wasn't very stable and it required more time to build up the necessary chakra. So he worked on perfecting it at an inch in width. After several tries Daisuke had brought it up to speed and had stabilized the chakra layer.

Daisuke began work on increasing control, he'd realized that he needed to work on it before he could continue to perfect the technique. So he began to manipulate the layer that already surrounded him until he was able to stretch it to be 1 and a half inches thick. He figured that it'd be better if he compressed the chakra so that it'd have more oomph when it was struck. It took him quite a bit of time to condense the chakra layer, and he'd only managed to compress it to about half an inch thick.

Daisuke then decided to go back to working on the technique as a whole, focusing and making it thicker while retaining the power of being condensed. It was slow work but Daisuke managed to reach a thickness of 2 inches. Daisuke dispelled the technique and went into a rapid fire mode of the technique in order to get used to using it. And in doing so, Daisuke had increased his control, and was able to condense it more but still applying more power, leaving it roughly at 2 inches thick again.

Daisuke finally felt close to perfecting the technique, he'd stopped what he was doing and took a breather, the side effects from the technique had started to get at him. When Daisuke felt ready to continue he did everything at their maximum, and with each try, he came closer to reaching a 3 inch thick chakra layer around his body. Eventually Daisuke completed his training and he'd felt he'd learned the technique. "Zane-sama I think I'm ready to continue." He shouted with a grin.

"Actually before we continue Daisuke, I'd like for you to rest a little bit. Spend some time talking to the other villagers and shinobis, get something to eat. We'll continue later," Zane told him as he tossed a vial of his blood so he can return.

"Oh-okay" Daisuke said as he accepted the vial. He was little surprised that he'd been asked to rest. "I guess I'll be leaving then." and with that he left the dojo.

Hazel sighed softly, the drain of training was starting to bore him a bit but he didn't wish to say anything aloud. 'Learning justu's is fun and all. But shouldn't a samurai know one fighting style at least?' Hazel thought to himself as he stole a glance at Daisuke and his training. Shaking himself out of his distracted stare Hazel focused back upon his own training. Gathering himself Hazel began to focus chakra into his chest, continuously drawing upon it until he could bring forth no more. "Uo Tsuba!" Hazel exclaimed just before he spat a small stream of water from his mouth, the water was weak and Hazel probably could have hit harder in his sleep, but at least the justu worked.

Hazel couldn't help but to become confused. Was that really the jutsu? Or did he just fail to give the jutsu enough power? Tilting his head questionably Hazel pondered the actual attack power of such a low ranking justu. "Hmm..." He hummed while gathering his chakra, "With that much of an attack, I could almost be a sprinkler for somebody's lawn!" He exclaimed to nobody in particular a short moment before he released a second spray of water, this time jokingly rotating much like a sprinkler would do. As he came to a stop Hazel was struck with laughter, sure every jutsu had some sort of combat applicable function. But it seemed to Hazel that he could to more damage by attacking with a sheet of paper, at least the papercuts would sting!

As he recovered from his fit of laughter an idea popped into Hazel's thoughts. Sure it could end badly, but at least it would bring some fun back into his training. Hazel got down on one knee to steady himself, gathering his chakra as he sighted in his target, Zane's clone. "Uo Tsuba..." Hazel muttered in a soft voice as he released his chakra, a small stream of water releasing itself from Hazel's mouth as it crossed the room. Arching toward the clone with every intention to hit him if he did not evade the water.

The real Zane, who was drenched from an earlier attack made by his genin, left the dojo, leaving his clones behind to continue their training. Zane burst into a spray of Mist and headed to the palace.
